I love the bread here. Fresh bread makes the best sandwiches!!!!
Delicious but pricey
A definite stop to grab bread when visiting from Virginia
This bakery put me in a great mood the second I walked in. It was arranged so neatly and colorful! The gal that helped us was a long time employee and it showed.
She was great! We tried a lot of different things being it was our first visit. The sugar free twists were crazy great! Texture and flavor on point!!!
A fine Italian pastry shop/bakery
My daughter had ordered me a birthday cake for yesterday I was very disappointed in it it had too many flowers and the bottom of the cake was a little hard and for the price that she paid again. I was dissatisfied and I’ve been coming there for over 20 something years never had a problem.
Their cookies are flavorful, moist and good-sized, each. Plus, they offer a wide variety. For the reasonable per-pound rate they charge for them, you simply can't go wrong.
I have only had good experiences here! The ricotta cookies are absolutely delicious. I ordered a large cake for my mom's birthday and it came out amazing. Everyone at the party loved it. The staff are friendly and helpful.
They have the best pastries and bread I ever had since a kid.
Absolutely delicious & staff is amazing & friendly

I came here a few weeks ago, just before Christmas for the first time. I was purchasing for my job and team members but of course for myself also. I got so much more than I did the second time because I was only purchasing for myself the second time. Both times, I got a container of soup. Both times, No roll came with it. Then luckily the first time I paid with a debit card, second time was cash. Always, always ask for a receipt. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IM BEING CHARGED FOR. I know what I got Both times. First time I was charged $30.16, second time $27.90. The cash purchase only had the total amount paid and not a breakdown of each item. I WANT transparency! No pricing on the shelving, but I suppose that's acceptable in a bakery, but it's not for me. Then I took a look at the reviews and read how nasty in particular the owner is. Oh lest I forget, the 2 cannolis did not have the powdered sugar on them, and they appeared smaller than the first time. Needless to say...I won't be returning. Seems they charge whatever they want and package whatever they want.

I’ve been a patron since 1980’s. They made my wedding cake in the 90’s. I live about 50 miles away now, but still travel out of my way for their Italian cookies and apple turnovers!!!

Small pastry shop with usually good and fresh items. Helpful staff The photo is of the strawberry shortcake. Was somewhat dry. But the Italian pastries and cookies were good.

I usually do not send bad reviews because every one has a bad day, but when I placed an order to pick up on Saturday December 14 because I was having some family over to celebrate Christmas. I had asked for 2 dozen mini pastries asking to include cannoli Sfogliatella, napoleon etc what I received some pastries but also several peices of cakes. Not exactly what I wanted but I was ok with that. What I was not ok with was the cannoli cream was spoiled, I had 3 or 4 different people tell me this. The next day I called to let them know what had occurred. I was told someone would call me back. I did receive a call the next day and when I came home, since the bakery was still opened I called them. I was told the person who receives the complaints was not there and asked to call back today, which is now Tuesday. December 17. I called and was asked to call back in 10 minutes, which I did and explained about the cannoli cream being bad. I was told it was impossible and I explained that several people tasted it and said the same thing. As I was speaking to the girl I was told no one else complained so it is impossible. At this point I felt I was being called a liar and said as much. As I was speaking on the phone I heard a gentleman saying rather loudly, perhaps I had demtia or served something sour or bad wine that changed the taste at that point I was done letting them know I heard the remarks and informed them that my family and I would not come back to this bakery ever again. The owner, who was the person yelling while I was on the phone, called and asked me what would make me happy and I said I would like an apology for his yelling remarks and he continued to ask if I wanted cookies or something and I said I did not want anything. All he had to say I am sorry about what occurred and I would have been ok, but he just kept saying there was nothing wrong with the cannoli cream.
Baked goods are always delicious and reasonably priced. Whenever Im in the area I try to stop there and pick something up
