Very congested and the rest room and kitchen are too close.

Southern Spice, located at 2140 US-130 in North Brunswick Township, NJ, specializes in authentic Indian cuisine. Many of friends have praised dishes like the Goat Mandi and Chicken Mandi.
The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat dosa special on Thursdays for $15 per person, which many have enjoyed. However, sometimes we found inconsistent experiences, such as a biryani being “very dry” and not cooked properly. More creamy flavor SS Special chicken biryani with some sweetened taste, though experiences may vary.
karivepaku chicken never had disappointed
This particular place is more popular for takeout
Overall, Southern Spice offers a diverse menu that appeals to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, making it a notable destination for those seeking authentic Indian flavors in New Jersey.

Biryani is on the sweet/mild side and has peanuts in it — But it was still alright, no issues with the biryani besides NOT the authentic vijayawada I was expecting.
Quality is worst day by day
We have had many experiences when we order on regular week days the food is not so good I would day worst Ex., paneer biryani rice is not cooked properly no proper masala which taste bland, but when we order in bulk for parties it will be good. So I would appreciate if they take these inputs and work on it!
Restaurant food caters for biriyani lovers
We tried dilkush biriyani twice
First time taste was perfect with spice in correct proportion
Second time biriyani had more salt and taste went terribly downside
We did take out order and hence can’t talk abt ambiance and services for dine in
If you love spicy foods, pls give it a try

Party of 15 including kids, had a great time during dinner on a Sunday night.
Restaurant was able to accommodate all of our last minute requests with a smile. Great food and everyone had a great time.
Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly spice catered to each of the 6 kids palette.

I was very excited to go to this place as there are few south Indian restaurants that serve traditional Andhra food. However, I could not be more disappointed in the food and customer service. I was given the tiniest portions of food you can imagine and the flavor was unimpressive. The item that made me call the restaurant was the nautukodi chicken. I have never ordered a chicken dish over $20 and have it be completely inedible to humans. There was literally nothing but bones and the underbelly of the chicken that has the most minuscule amounts of chicken on it. I called the restaurant and the manager just kept saying that that was the dish. He said he understood that it was all bones. Clearly a dish for the dog because I don't know too many people who can chew bones as their meal to eat. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. In a place where you can eat at many other places don't make my mistake and come here. Unless, of course, you like to give your money away and not have any resolve when you call to let them know your experience

Yesterday evening we went and had tea and also decided to take some curry from there.when I checked the menu i found shrimp curry is much more expensive than any other Non-Veg Curries but since I like them,we've ordered it and after all when I opened the parcel after coming home I'm shocked by seeing the container size they provided it's not even 16oz and after checking the curry in, I even more shocked of the taste & number of shrimps they gave!!! It's hardly 6-7 small size shrimp with a regular tomato chutney i.e added to them(the chutney that we make at home for tiffins)!!!!
The worst ever experience from every end.
Bigger portions would be helpful, the price of rice and condiments is still cheap enough! Also, please tell your drivers in the vans that it's illegal to tailgate and bully people on the road. Specifically George's Rd. And rt 130.
