Starbucks has upped its game which is nice. The drinks here come out fast and hot… or cold if that is what you are into. Plenty of seating if needed. Enjoyed my time here. Bathroom clean as well.

Baristas are rude, they always mess up the order even after repeating 4 times. The only reason I come to this place is because of the drive through. I hope they close down.

“Jayden” The acting store manager is very rude and unprofessional at this location. They are advertising mugs for 50 percent off but when you get to the register, Jayden the store manager says it is a mistake and he forgot to take the sign down. lol The store isn’t that big. How can you forget? He refused to honor the sale he is using his temporary power to his advantage. Talk about False Advertising lol

I would be careful that the food doesn’t have mold in it.
The service was efficient and quick. The servers were friendly and the location was clean. I was able to get my drink quickly and exactly what I ordered.

Horrible customer service. Even when it isn't busy, the drive thru rep is always rude for no reason. No greeting, most times they don't even speak, and no reply to my "Thank you". This time my order was wrong. My bag clearly states a muffin and they gave me a bread. Honestly, one of the worst starbucks.

Starbucks is just lame in nj. I don’t like it anymore, got Italian ice instead of Frappuccino. A lot of ice dear.
Ordered 2 drinks online. They made one and not the other. I had to ask for the 2nd to be made. Which they did wrong.
Dietary restrictions: They put whipped cream when I asked for none.
