This place is horrible. I’ve been there a few times and they messed up my order. I try not to go here. I went for the happy Gilmore cup not only did they mess up my food the food it taste like floor cleaner chemical.

Says 8 30 on website and the guy was in there lazy saying opened at 9 had to leave 20 min drive for no reason!!!!

I placed my order for delivery through the subway app. Our DoorDash delivery driver, Brian was perfect! He handed my husband a bag with the sub and cookie in it. As soon as I noticed we were still missing a bag of chips, drink, and other cookie, I called Brian to see if maybe he had it in his car by accident. Brian told me that’s all he was given, apologized and offered to go back to the store and get it for me, what a kind man. I thanked him for offering, but didn’t want to inconvenience him. I drove over to the store (got there at 8:58) door was locked. I showed my receipt against the glass door. Once let in I explained I had a mobile order for delivery that was missing some items. The young woman at the register snatched, yea snatched, the receipt out of my hand and was clearly irritated. She began speaking, what I believe was Hindi, to her other coworkers. They didn’t seem to offer the obvious solution so I said “I would either like the items missed, or a refund” she quickly snapped back “just take it, take it take it” I told her “I can’t get the cookie, that’s behind the counter” I grabbed my drink and soda, while she continued to grumble in Hindi. I had to set it straight, “this is not my fault here” she handed me the cookie and I was on my way. My husband was waiting in the car, and tried the cookie. One bite and he was done, it tasted like cleaning product. Nice job Subway store # 47496-0.
I get being frustrated, I worked 4 years at Starbucks. We would handle problems all the time. When a customer brings a problem to your attention that was in no way their fault, and is nice about it, do the right thing. BE KIND! We need more positivity in this world. This store needs some serious help/change. $4 for extra bacon and only got maybe 2 pcs??? We paid $39.56 through subway app for

I wish I could leave a negative rating .. horrible customer service. The lady who served me was very rude and not agreeing to her own mistakes . The amount of mustard she put on the 6”sub was double quantity. When I pointed it out, she was like this is the right way . I ordered two cheese pizza, which were over baked , she was not ready to accept her mistake . If they don’t want to treat the customers politely why don’t they just close the shop . I would suggest don’t waste your money by going there .

$40 two sandwiches with moldy bread disgusting
I would have given a negative ⭐️ if there is an option to do so but to make the other customers aware about the owner cheating and arrogance I need to start with 1 ⭐️. Never ever order anything from this store. The subs they prepared were barely eatable. No stuffing inside the bread and when I called the store to complain the guy said I am kiran patel. I am working here and as per our owners don’t allow us to make the subway as per the standard requirements. The owner strictly told us to feel the subway with very minimal stuffing and you can only add two sauces.
