If I could give this Taco Bell location negative stars, I would. I ordered on the Taco Bell app at around 8 PM to get my order delivered tonight. I placed an order for 2x tacos, 3x burritos, nacho fries, and two freeze drinks. After I placed my order, it said the ETA would be 8:57 pm. I checked the app every 10 minutes to see the status of my order, the ETA was pushed to 9:35 PM. It would not let me cancel my order on the app before the food was ready. So I had no choice but to wait. After I finally got my food at 9:35 PM, I had realized that they had completely forgot to give me my 2 drinks. I had asked the dasher if he had gotten the drinks for the order but he let me know that they did not give him anything. But, the Taco Bell employees didn’t forget to include 2 straws in my bag. Not only did they forget my drinks, but ALL my food was COLD. The Taco Bell is 15 minutes from where I live. There should be absolutely no reason why all my food gets delivered cold. I never had a negative experience with this location prior to this order. But this experience has led to me never wanting to order from this location again. On top of that, I have to wait for a response in the app to get a refund. Absolutely disappointing.

Constantly changes the time the lobby closes. The managers have no idea how to do their jobs. Food is constantly missing from bags and takes forever for the food to even come out. You can stand at the register asking for help for over 20 minutes and you will just be stared at

Worse food you can imagine I have to throw my entire order in trash. Food missing items and whatever items they put is very little. Look like owner is trying to to save food cost by cutting ingredients on purposely. Please don’t buy from 2270 Route 130 north location you will get sick

Very disappointed Salad bowl ordered through the app, no fork provided. Staff said they ran out of plasticware. How can they give such answer that too at 1 pm service hour. A salad without a fork makes no sense. Poor planning and disappointing service. When asked for refund and expressed our disappointment one of the staff somehow magically gave one. When asked to speak to a manager they said no manager was there.

We have couple issues with our order One the order taker when taken by a gentleman didnt have a positive voice Two I order a cheese quesadilla well done but it wasn’t well done Three the cheesy fiesta potato has a old used smell to them

Nah.. this ain't it. I don't eat Taco Bell regularly but if I do, it's normally the one in East Windsor. The food at this new one left something to be desired. Definitely didn't taste the same. Likely won't be back and when I get Taco Bell it will definitely be the one in East Windsor.
