Worst fast food experience ever. The workers were clueless and there was a family raising hell in the sitting area. Small child dancing on the table like it was kayote ugly. They messed up every order I watched get served while I waited over 30 minutes for an order for 4 people. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs to be shut down or new ownership. Good luck if you go here. Bring a book or something bc you will be there for awhile.

Bring back cashiers, no cashiers here only kioks, took over 10 minutes to get just a soft drink in the lobby, horrible. Staff is great but bring back cashiers.

They literally dont know how to serve peoples!This is 3rd time happening and m writing this that i ordered powel ball menu veggie with extra nacho sauce and same thing with chalupas supereme as well. Thay didnt put 1 spoon of extra cheese sauce. Just RIDICULOUS!Vegetarian options: Ridiculous

I have been ordering food from this location and it had been good. However, this time I had order Mexican pizza, it was stale. The crunchy shell was stale and tasted so horrible. Completely ruined my tastebuds! It’s disappointing that food is never the same.

I usually order a lot after my 12-14 hour shifts during the afternoon/night and everyone is super nice! I ordered tonight and totally spaced and the guy at the drive thru told me to add something else because its going to be cheese and flour which was nice. I always order the same thing and its right or if they make a mistake they fix it right away. Shout out to the cooks because I see them hustling through the drive thru window.Thank you everyone <3

I placed an online order for asap pick up, I waited for 25 minutes. I finally asked where is my order, that is when he printed the paper and start preparing my order. There were only 3 people working and let me say they were working hard but only focused on drive thru. The management of the store really needs to evaluate their staffing needs. We will no be returning back for sure. Stay away.Kudos to 3 people that were working.
