I have been to this TGI Friday’s on numerous occasions! The hostess at the front was very polite, upbeat and even informed us who our waitress would be. We sat down and when the waitress came you could feel the shift in energy. First thing out of her mouth “what can I get you all to drink”. I wanted to laugh and tell her to try that again. Working in customer service for numerous years especially waitressing I felt embarrassed for her. All I can say is food was great l, the company I was with AMAZING. Service terrible which sucks because you then feel like you are bothering the waitress if you ask for something simple. Usually servers come back after you get your food around 15 minutes to check in see if you need anything. She didn’t do that. Maybe it is her personality or bad day but Julianna needs re-education.
Im not one to leave reviews but this time i felt it was a must. Went this past saturday with my family to Fridays north brunswick. Our waitress Russchell is amazing with attention to detail. She took her time taking our order and repeated everything back to us. The food was perfect. She checked in frequently to make sure we didn't need anything. The woman deserve a raise! She went above and beyond in making our experience perfect. Ive gone to many restaurants... shes by far the best waitress we've had. Jianna the manager also checked in with us to make sure we had a great experience. We did! You both along with the food ( sizzling chicken with cheese) was perfect. Definitely changed our point of view. Thank you!!! We will definitely visit again soon!

Our recent experience at Fridays was incredibly disappointing. It's sad to see a place that used to be our go-to spot for a weekly meal decline so rapidly. We ordered a variety of items, including the Sampler, Whiskey Glazed Burger, Beyond Burger, and two kids' meals, but nothing lived up to our expectations.Firstly, the Sampler arrived with only six tiny wings instead of the advertised eight. When we inquired about this, the server explained that the full eight wings are only included if you opt for plain wings, which was not made clear on the menu. Then, the Whiskey Glazed Burger was a major letdown. Despite the menu listing ingredients like cheddar, lettuce, red onions, tomato, pickles, and hickory-smoked bacon, what arrived at our table was just a chicken patty with whiskey sauce in a bun. It was worse than what you'd find in a fast-food joint for a fraction of the price.As for the Beyond Burger, it lacked flavor entirely, and even the kids' meals left much to be desired, with the children leaving most of their food untouched. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope to avoid 'Fridays' in the future.

Really bad service. Waitress took 20 mins to get out drink orders. Took around 20 mins to bring out the drinks. The meal was good, but the service was poor, which made the meal subpar.

The place needs a serious overhaul. The bathroom (men's at least) is disgusting all wall,floors and toilets. The menus were so dirty that my wife asked for a cleaner one. I'm a resident in North Brunswick, but I will not return until this place looks and smells better. Sorry, but I have to be honest.

Not sure if this place is under new management or just has new staff, but my most recent experiences have been incredible compared to past years. I made a conscious decision to stop coming to this location because it was so bad. I recently started coming back with my husband, and we have had great experiences. Good food, drinks and service.

This TGIF location consistently cannot pack to-go orders. There has always been something missing in my orders. Usually side orders/items like fries or sauces that I specifically ordered. With the lack of customer traffic I noticed when I last visited, they should have paid more attention to fulfilling the order correctly. More than 95% of the tables were empty.
