Wally at Wingstop is honestly one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I come in, he makes sure my order is perfect — fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. He’s always respectful, professional, and handles my food the right way every single time.
If every place had a manager like Wally, eating out would be way better. Shout-out to him for making the whole experience 10/10.

Terrible experience. Ordered through the app for delivery never showed up and got marked delivered. Called the store to realize the order never left and the manager said “we can’t do anything about it unless you come and pick it up”
Food was fantastic. I found it cheaper to order online then to go in store. The same item on the in store menu was more expensive than ordering online for pickup

Wally is the MAN! Shoppes @ North Brunswick Wing Stop is thee best hands down! It’s clean, the employees are courteous and professional, and the do my wings right EVERY TIME! We never come in to a dirty bathroom or dirty tables! I hope the owners value Wally and his team!

they were really nice and fixed my order because I accidentally ordered classic and wanted boneless!!
This was pretty good. Ordered wings combo with fries and drink. Wings were great, the sauce was a generous amount, the side of ranch was also plenty. The fries were very tasty. Overall a very good meal. Also it took less than 15 minutes to order and get food.

I do not like when restaurants lie to your face, Boneless wings are not wings. It’s chicken breast nuggets, but they call it wings. I am sure they do that to confuse people so they can make more money. They delivered rock hard no sauce in the bottom of the container. They over charge for their false non wings boneless wings. I ordered 30 “wings and they cost a ridiculous amount of money. Save your money you can get more at a supermarket for 20$, they will taste just as bad. I’ll never order from there again. Too many times the food was terrible and way over priced. 55$ for 30 fake terrible tasting impossible to eat non-wings, after delivery it was 75$.

They allways mess up your order and fight with you when you complain. Try another place. And dont even think of door dashing from here you WILL NOT get what you ordered.

I have ordered from this wingstop 20+ times, both in person and online. Everytime i order something is wrong, i.e. soda is carbonated water, the brownie is missing, etc. I came in at 7pm and there was a 7+ drivers picking up orders, so I stood by the register and waited for them to get the orders out. The guy behind the counter asked me if I needed to order and I said yes and asked me to wait. A Hispanic gentleman came in behind me, walked to the register next to me and gave the guy behind the counter a handshake. I asked if there was a reason why i was being showed and the guy behind the counter began to give me excuses as to why he never asked me for my order and skipped me. I'm over paying for wings and getting poor service or not getting what i paid for.

On Super Bowl Sunday, we placed our order around 3 PM for a 6:15 PM pickup. When we arrived, the restaurant was packed with customers waiting for their online orders. I asked a Wingstop employee about my order and was told that mine, along with others scheduled for a 6 PM pickup, would require an additional 30–40 minutes. Frustrated, I had to cancel my order and trust that the refund would be processed. A word of advice to management: if you anticipate a surge in demand for wings on Super Bowl Sunday, proper staffing and early preparation are essential to keep up with the rush.
