I have ordered from this wingstop 20+ times, both in person and online. Everytime i order something is wrong, i.e. soda is carbonated water, the brownie is missing, etc. I came in at 7pm and there was a 7+ drivers picking up orders, so I stood by the register and waited for them to get the orders out. The guy behind the counter asked me if I needed to order and I said yes and asked me to wait. A Hispanic gentleman came in behind me, walked to the register next to me and gave the guy behind the counter a handshake. I asked if there was a reason why i was being showed and the guy behind the counter began to give me excuses as to why he never asked me for my order and skipped me. I'm over paying for wings and getting poor service or not getting what i paid for.

On Super Bowl Sunday, we placed our order around 3 PM for a 6:15 PM pickup. When we arrived, the restaurant was packed with customers waiting for their online orders. I asked a Wingstop employee about my order and was told that mine, along with others scheduled for a 6 PM pickup, would require an additional 30–40 minutes. Frustrated, I had to cancel my order and trust that the refund would be processed. A word of advice to management: if you anticipate a surge in demand for wings on Super Bowl Sunday, proper staffing and early preparation are essential to keep up with the rush.

Absolute rubbish food quality. The bun for the chicken sandwich was probably a year old it was hard as a rock. The chicken in the sandwich and tenders and wings tasted horrible barely edible. Who’s running this place and where are the health inspectors? Are they waiting for someone to pass away from eating here to shut this place down?

Every Wingstop location is different in terms of their quality and this one is far and away the best location we’ve tried. Their service is top notch. You can easily order online and have it ready when you walk in. The preparation is spot on with the wings not being greasy like they can be elsewhere. Every time I’m in the area I make a point to stop in.
The soda machine never working properly. Since i know this place, the ice machine. Never have ice on it. I'll be surprised if the machine roaches

Ordered online the family special. I specifically asked for classic wings 10 pieces and the rest boneless. Usually they mess up my fries so of course I only checked that container. Well surprise surprise when I get home and the order is wrong with All boneless wings (which is not preferred by everyone). Fine proceed to eat them and they are very salty tasting I've never had too many issues but today was a flop. Unfortunately they seem under staffed and overwhelmed ?
