Went here the other day during vacation. Service was good and was pretty kid friendly. Our boys enjoyed the pizza and chicken tenders.

Great Food and Service tonight at 5 West Pub.
Pizza, Appetizers and Dessert were all very good.
Lively and fun atmosphere while still being appropriate for a sit down meal.
Only complaint was ordering medium steak and receiving mid-well/well done for steak frites.
If ordering steak order 1-2 under what you actually want.
Steak was overcooked for what we requested but overall food was very well made and everything tasted great (including the steak despite not being cooked to our desired temp)

Nice restaurant with good menu selection and plenty of parking. Service was very good. Cons: It was cold inside and no seating outside although there is an outdoor area. Bring a sweater. Overall, a good experience and I'll try it again.

I have been going to 5West for 8 years it was our first restaurant when we first moved here always loved this place it’s always a place we recommend to friends & family. I do miss the outdoor patio it was a nice place to relax,listen to music & enjoy your meal. So my rant is me & my husband went last night for dinner & was taking back… service was not very good waitress never gave us her name (I’m big with that because I like to speak to them by their name),she only came back to check on us & that was when she gave us the check so we couldn’t order another drink but that was fine because the beers were warm so we did drink them because again she never came back to check on us. The big surprise was what I ordered I ordered the Jersey Salad (my favorite) I don’t get the prosciutto instead I get blackened chicken I was charged $26.00 for the salad I don’t ever remember being charged that much in the past. I know things are pricey but I think that’s crazy for a salad.

Came to eat with my family everything was delicious. The only thing that really was bothersome was how dirty the ceiling fans blades were. I suggest you clean the ceiling fans for it sets a precedent for the rest of the place and makes me think if you fans look like that what’s the kitchen look like where our food is cooked and prepped.

Couldn’t wait to eat so my pics are rushed. 5 West is consistently delicious! There was live music when we visited. Fun atmosphere and you can still catch the game. Our server was attentive and super friendly. Wings- reported to be excellent. Turkey sandwich - delicious and generous portion. My chicken cheesesteak wrap- my all time favorite. The menu is extensive the cocktails are fabulous. This is one of my go to spots, always a good time!

Never again. Went in and put name in for table of 4, went to bar area, 3 seats open and took them. Cancelled table request. Open table for 2 right next to bar, 2 @ bar, 2 @ table, gave open bar seat to another patron who was waiting. Ordered 4 drinks from bar, 2 at bar, 2 handed to table. Reviewed menu and ordered 3 sandwiches with the bartender. When table server came by, told her we placed food order with bartender. Apparently, she went to manager. He came over said we would have to vacate table because food needed to go the server and tables were to be reserved. We had already been there at least 10-15 minutes and there was an empty table for 2 right next to us as well. Tried to rationalise with manager who had no clue on how to accommodate a simple issue. Especially, after we gave 1seat to another patron and pretty clear to bartender what we were doing. Finally, told manager what he could do with the table in a few choice words, told us we had to leave the restaurant and cancelled our food order. So, lose 4 customers forever, get a poor review for service / management and your staff loses $? Figure it out for next time but not with us. MGMT 101

Bruschetta was served on some flavorless white bread, mozzarella was also flavorless. There was no garlic, so the only flavor was tomato, onions and balsamic. Crab cake was about six inches in diameter, served on a tiny roll that tasted gross. The crab cake itself left an awful aftertaste in my mouth, which I think was the oil it was fried in because the fries that came with the meal were cold and disgusting. My partner had the mac and cheese which was nothing more than macaroni with melted cheese, she had to add a bunch of salt to make it palatable. Overall it was a hugely disappointing, and in some aspects gross, meal. Service was ok if not disinterested, atmosphere was nice but very loud

Food and drinks were good, except we ordered the $16 shrimp lettuce wraps and they came with 6 shrimp. We immediately sent them back and ordered something else. Also, the service was very bad; it honestly seemed like our waitress was actively avoiding our table. I’d never go back to this establishment, mostly due to the poor service.
