On Friday 3-29-2024@830pm stopped in for dinner was seated right away sat for 10 minutes and got NO service (Zero) no acknowledgement from the server who walked pass to wait on others.The hostess with a full view of the dining room looked out like we were not there.On this visit there was no hospitality from you the the 5west staff.What was the reason for this unprofessional behavior.

Crab bisque was good! As for the rest of our order! Flavorless and greasy! What was once a must menue item being the Lobster Mac, I will never order again. The spinach and garlic Pizza was presented like the chef just didn't care what he sent out! Just a big glob of spinach and garlic in the middle of a Flavorless Pizza. The dirty Shrimp App was as well Flavorless. Lets not forget the soup spoon, which was facing up was Dirty, like unwashed. And the lazy foul attituded Waitress couldn't see it before bringing it to the table? As she set my cup of Bisque down I saw the filth before it even touched down on the table. When I grabbed it and asked for a clean spoon, she huffed and gave me an attitude. No table touches at all, and just trying to get us to leave with any approach to the tabe when setting food down. It was like we were interrupting her conversation time or something. Hostes was as well lazy and full of attitude. From what we saw the other 2 waitresses were just as bad. The only one who seemed pleasant was the bartender who we did not personally interact with. There were 2 other tables that came in well into our meal that our waitress had and she was just as rude to them. And one of those tables had the exact same experience with the soup spoon, and recieved the exact same Huffy attitude I did. I would love to give you the name of our Waitress, however She never once introduced herself throughout the entire meal! So I will just describe her! Big tall Obese lazy Converse wearing Nasty Foul attitude and generally dismissive! You cant miss her! Good luck if you eat here! Ohhhhh and Ps: I woke up this morning with an upset stomach and the runs! Light touch of food poisoning? Probably!

Favorite place in North Cape May. Awesome service and the food is amazing. The pizza is the best! Can't wait to come back again!
The pickle pizza was a table favorite!! Fresh - tasty - cooked perfectly!! Burger was fresh and cooked to order. The fries were overcooked and cold ... the waiter was friendly but could have been more attentive.... We came on St. Patrick's Day weekend and Irish music filled the place - it was a little loud and we couldn't really hear each other. However - overall a very positive experience and we will be back!

walked in and there was live music performing jimmy buffett so the night started on a good note and it just got better. the server was great and our beers and pizzas arrived quickly. the pizzas were more than personal size and we could have easily split one. prices were very reasonable and we will definitely be back next time we are in cape may.

We ate dinner here as a family of five and were offered the couch area with a coffee table to eat at after waiting 10 minutes. It would have been over a half hour to wait for a larger table as they only offer 2. The food was good, which is why I gave 4 stars, but that’s about it. Not a great offer of sides to come with the meals. Everything what just fried. The kids meals came with no vegetables at all. The kids Mac n cheese was literally just that for $8. The kids cheese burgers came with fries for $12. For that price, there should be vegetables to make it a well rounded meal. The waitress laughed at my husband when he ordered a side salad instead of French fries with his sandwich. It was pretty loud in the place even before love music started and the wait staff were pretty inattentive even though they were very nice, If my crab cake tacos weren’t delicious, I would have taken more stars off unfortunately.

They were very accommodating to our huge party. We had my Dad's viewing and went to five West for Dinner. Hostesses and server were phenomenal! Thank you 5 West for your hospitality in our tough time!
Looks like your average pub from the outside, but far exceeds expectations inside. Really good food and really good service in a nice but relaxed atmosphere. Good value.

We had our staff party there. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, fast and the food was delicious! The manager was quick to answer questions and make sure we were taking care of. Would highly recommend for a nice dinner, group get together or even a stop at the bar for a drink.
Food was disgusting tonight the dirty shrimp was tangy and too much lemon. I got a salad that cost 23 dollars and it was small soggy and hot. I'm assuming they didn't know to bag hot n cold seperately...ugh this use to be my favorite spot, guess it depends who's working...smh .never
