2 people running the store on christmas eve yet I still received excellent and kind service. Iced latte was great and I got a cranberry orange muffin which was so yum.

I recently visited this coffee shop and was extremely disappointed with my order. I purchased a hot chocolate that tasted terrible and wasn’t even hot. It was barely warm and had a strange aftertaste. I also ordered a cappuccino, which was just as bad—it tasted like regular drip coffee, was cold, and most of the cup was just foam. For the price, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

Amazes me as a business owner myself that nobody answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold for 15 mins and then hangs up on you! Try and call back and no answer and being pushed right to voicemail. There is no way that no one can answer the phone for over 45 mins!

Phenomenally great bagels with Lots of flavors to choose;). Chai Tea is wonderful. Bring your furry friends as there is outdoor seating for them.

I ordered an iced latte and saw the worker pour the espresso from an already made jug of espresso instead of pulling a fresh one. Very lazy and gross.

Place is a joke. Really bad attitudes behind the counter. Long waits. Gone down hill recently, sad to see. Suggestion… go to the Rio Grande location!

Order was not complete when picked up. We were charged for 3 coffees but when given the cups to fill, the pump coffee containers were empty. Instead of waiting for what would be a long time while they made more, we stopped at wawa on the way back.

Bagels are ok. Place was not busy, dirty and the folks working were rude at best. No eye contact, wearing pajamas, pretty curt. The menu flash way to fast to read, they told me no cold foam, and no nitro even though it's on menu. I had a local drop me off the bagels and they were good, too big to go in your toaster but good. I went in there myself today and after seeing how the staff treats the place and the level of cleanliness I will NOT be going back. I learned a long time ago that "you do everything the way you do anything" I can't trust the food here.
Place really went down hill over this last year. Different people every week working in the North Cape May location. Changed hands at least 3 times in the last year or so. Rip off prices. Used to get a fully packed sandwich. 1 piece of sausage, always mess up the order every time. I'm a regular who comes all winter long but will not come anymore. What is so hard about NO EGG! Just because they can't get stock in they are charging the price of a LARGE latte and giving out small cups. Every other coffee shop is giving out more coffer for the same price. I will go where appreciated. Get a staff who can actually get an order right.

I go here sometimes for a latte. I ordered a large latte this morning and the girl started making it as a medium. I let her know that I ordered a large so she said ok then took the medium and dumped into a large cup without giving me the actual large. The staff is also very unfriendly here. They should take a course in customer service.

Went here today because a client wanted some muffins ( I am a caregiver) I went there its a nice place its clean the one lady who waited on me i didnt even knew she worked there she wasn't dressed like she worked there she was waiting shorts and a short sleeve shirt which is fine because it's summer and hot but she had on slides instead of sneakers but the other woman worked there she had shorts tee shirt sneakers and a apron on which is how i thought it should i haven't been to an Avalon coffee in so long but the other thing that got me was she is wearing gloves to I guess clean and take money but not when she was handling the food she used paper but the muffins looked good don't say I would be back for me personally because I love Dunkin but for other stuff yea
