waited for 9 minutes at the drive thru speaker to the point there was no one left in front of me and they kept saying give me 1 second. I had just a mobile order and my the time i got it my drink was half melted and watered down.
They are always out of things. The whole shopping center is a dump.
My intended online order was messed up (an error on MY end). The cashier was very accommodating and incredibly kind. I did not catch her name but she had cute nails!
The doors were locked. No one inside app says it’s open.
The drinks taste good when you get what you order. I frequently get iced coffee when I order cold brew, and coffee when I order hot chocolate.
Quick service. Very good hospitality

Ordered ahead on the app and they did not even know I ordered until I showed up asking about it. App said I was done and ready for pick up. Complete lack of service, communication, and standards. Also witnessed the guy throw away something in the back with gloves on and smash down the trash, then continue with other orders without changing gloves. Not long before this place goes under like anything else that opens in this spot. Not to mention the prices are insane for DD anymore and donuts keep getting smaller.

Walked in, got ignored like the president of PETA at a Bar BQ festival. Nobody said hi or we’ll be with you in a minute or even nodded to acknowledge the presence of another human being. 4-5 staff members on duty, just screwing around. Baby seals get treated better in northern Canada than customers at this place

Waited way too long and they got my order wrong. Just go across the street to Wawa.
Need new management
Absolutely the most AWFUL Dunkin I have ever been to. DO NOT try to come here or try and get hired here. The employees don’t care about you, nor do any of the higher ups. They’ll be nice to your face and then talk badly about you behind your back. Or they’ll talk badly about you to your face, right in front of you. They lost so many employees over the years. You WILL wait 20 minutes in mid day rush for your order, and the place is absolutely disgusting. And if you try and get hired there… prepare for a toxic environment.

This is a prime example of what happens when when you hire people who have no pride in the job they do. I understand if you make 100 thimgs the same time, statistics prove your gonna have a bad one. However everytime I have gotten food from here it's been a mess. Today was kinda the final step, I ordered those cream cheese filled bagel bites. I have gotten then before and the are usually cold in the center so I squeeze it before I eat it. The bread was soft so I tossed it in my mouth and bit down only to realize the very center had ice still In it and I broke a piece of tooth on it. Your employees' negligence is actually putting people at risk. It's all fun and games to them, the just come in and milk the clock. This should be your wake-up call because, if that had been an employee of mine, he would be looking for a new job right now, food is not a place to mess around. People get sick and die, when food is not prepared I'm a safe manner. If you don't fix the issues with your employees I grantee, eventually a chipped tooth will be the least of your issues, someone will get sick, if your employees don't care about the quality of the food and I get it, it's a dd, but the risk of cross contamination, and a lack of quality control, usually leads to someone sick. On top of all this, coffee has what 5 ingredients in it. Water, sugar, cream, the coffee itself, and the cup. I asked for a French vanilla coffee with extra cream and sugar, you gave me plain with creme but no sugar or vanilla. Just go to wawa, I'm from the south we didn't have wawa for a long time, I'm use to dd, but I can't afford the dental bills.
