We arrived about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close for the night. We didn't even get halfway through our meal, and we were asked to pack it up and leave! What a disgrace! Not to mention, they rude about it! Won't go back there again.

First off, this is McDonald's. I am not expecting a 5 star meal with amazing people and a quality experience. However, I have never experienced this prior and hope not to in the future. Now for the review: I am giving McDonald's on Bayshore Rd in Cape May, NJ, a 1 star review. As we started ordering food, she put the wrong order down and didn't understand that we wanted it changed. I told her what we wanted instead, and she changed it after a minute of explaining. She also stopped listening to us ordering and was talking in Spanish to herself or someone else. As we were done ordering, she cursed us out in Spanish. When we got to the window, she didn't even say anything. She was very rude. I believe that if you are working in America, you should understand English. If you are working in customer service you should speak English.

It took 19 minutes to get our food! We normally come to this mcdonalds when I come visit my family. They also forgot my children's drinks and we had to go in there.
The girl at cash register needs a different job, she’s rude and has an attitude problem. We sat down with a number on table she calls our receipt number out…last time I check when dining in they bring the food to the table. Anyways she turns the corner on side seating and literally slams our food down on table next to us and rolls her eyes!!! Don’t work in the public if you act like this.
Typical McDonald’s exactly what you would expect to grab a quick meal for your kids. However, what prompted me to leave a review was the service in the drive-through. The young man who gave me my drinks and food was an absolute gem. Extremely friendly, his smile was contagious and he just seemed genuinely kind and special. I hope the managers know what a treasure he is. I will definitely be back after this. Very pleasant experience. I only wish I had gotten his name.
