I have to give a 5-star rating because of the superior customer service the morning shift always provides. Zhao is a great manager and always goes above and beyond. The only advice I have for others is get there before 2pm and the shift changes =

Ordered breakfast. The only thing edible is the coffee. I hope. Haven't tried it yet, but cold. Shocker. Bagels and English muffins are so stale, you can't bite into the sandwich. The egg yolks are brown! Not overcooked green, actually brown! Everything is cold. Not sure how that happens bc I just bought it. Sausage patties, that I used to love, are now grainy, disgusting, inedible dog food. Hashbrowns are a soggy, salt saturated mess. It's fast food. I sadly, expect at least 1 disappointment, but this is insane! Could you spare the barely half a piece of cheese on the Sausage egg cheese mcmuffin? This place is the absolute worst and the owner does not care and is exceptionally rude. I only know that because they gave us the wrong order last time and apparently that was my fault... since i control the drive thru. Never got a refund. Never got the replacement food. NEVER AGAIN!!!! $30 for dog food!!

all the new workers there are so rude it's disgusting. don't even think about trying to order food before they close bc they are ignorant and everything is cold. i refuse to go here just bc of tht and i live 3 min away. u can tell the owner doesn't care, i've been coming to this one for years and he seems to just hire anyone it's sad

The cashier didn't share a smile at all. Never thanked me and the.food temperature was poor. This place works need better franchise management. Nothing like Rio Grande at all for a higher class neighborhood.Vegetarian options: Not many to choose from no menu to clarify.Dietary restrictions: You have to watch your intake for sure hereKid-friendliness: With a silent staff that can't say hello at all or smile. Why go here???
