David's Custom Cakes

David's Cakes is awesome! We have used them 3x now and have never been disappointed! Just recently we used them for my daughters bridal shower. The cake was exactly what I asked for and more importantly was DELICIOUS! Don't think twice about hiring Davids Cakes!

We loved our wedding cake from David’s! We were able to choose multiple flavors for the different tiers and all of them were a hit. My favorite was the funfetti cake with chocolate pudding filling. We added on our own cake topper and our florist provided the flowers for the cake. It looked beautiful and tasted even better.

After trying many many different bakeries this place is definitely a hidden gem! Numerous options to choose from and super tasty as well!

The best vendor to work with for cakes. We ordered a 2 year carrot cake with cream cheese icing, it was delicious and they made it so easy to place the order. They also made it easy to add to our order and special made a nut free version of the cake in cupcakes.

I used David’s for my baby shower cake. From the start they were very helpful and were easy to get in touch with. The cake was ready on time and was exactly what I wanted. Not to mention it tasted amazing! I would use them again for myself and also recommend to family/friends.

We loved our cake- it tasted amazing and looked absolutely beautiful! The tasting was so much fun and after the tasting, we did absolutely nothing in terms of coordinating drop-off of our cake etc. David’s reached out to the Indian Trail Club directly (they are one of the bakery options that comes with the ITC contract). Did a different combo of cake and icing for each tier. Awesome options across the board but the Funfetti Cake with French Cream filling was incredible!

I have never written a negative review about a particular business. However, this is an important issue that needs to be addressed. I ordered a cake at Dave's Custom Cake Shop and specifically told the woman who took care of me at the front counter that under no circumstance to include strawberries. I repeated this several times since I am allergic to strawberries. She failed to write it down on the order and unfortunately, strawberries were included. She denied that I told her and I then suggested that she review the store video cameras which are displayed in the front of the store. Her attitude was very none concerning to an oversight that could have lead to a very serious medical emergency. I strongly believe that customer service is crucially important in all businesses and I recommend that they be more responsive and careful to their customers needs.

Beautifully done and delicious too! Winnie the Pooh custom cake for baby shower. Ordered delicious cupcakes too. Plus- a very helpful staff that answers their phone and gives good suggestions. 5 stars!

We used David’s Custom Cakes for both our wedding and shower. There were so many good flavors we were able to mix it up for both. Everyone raved about the buttercream icing! And they worked with us to make our design work on a round cake. Loved them and will use them for future event cakes!

Cake was amazing! Courtney was very professional and sweet! Will definitely use again! This was buttercream people!!!! only the sports balls and logos were fondant as expected. Cake was moist and filling was delicious. Not like those other cakes that just slap on fondant everywhere and the inside is dry and falls apart when you cut into it. If you want a delicious cake like this, this is the place to go! Thank you for making my son’s grad party a little extra special!

I purchased a custom cupcake cake for my mom's 65th birthday party and I couldn't be happier with the cake and the whole process of working with David's Custom Cake. They went over every detail with me thoroughly, making sure the inspiration pictures I gave them were tailored to exactly what I wanted. They made payment and pick up very easy and were extremely friendly, caring, and professional. And the bonus- it was DELICIOUS! I recommend getting your cake here for any occasion!
