I have been a customer here for years and always ordering the same thing but as of today I will not be returning. Whoever the two shorter guys were who were behind the front of the counter by the to-go made me so incredibly uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in to pick up my order to the moment I was leaving, they kept staring at me in a way that would make any woman uncomfortable. I am so disturbed by how they were looking at me that I am too scared to eat my food thinking they may of done something to it.

Horrible place!!! A very small cranky older women she looked in her mid 40’s I would say she’s small, well I’m here to say she was the rudest lady ever she was possibly having a hard time or day not sure but her costumer service was disgusting and then she kept taking deep breaths when I stumbled on my words! I have a complication when it comes to speaking I have a stuttering problem and she completely made me feel so horrible for having the condition I do! Never again.

Called in an order for a toasted bagel. Specifically said toasted in as clear of a voice as possible. I got there and there were two other customers in there who had just arrived, nobody else other than the staff. Got the bagel and it wasn't toasted lol

I love going to New York bagels, staff is always friendly. My food is always hot fresh and delicious! They always nail my special request omelette. It’s a great bagel spot all they need is some protein muffins and it’ll be 6 stars!

I honestly want to like it, since they are right on my way to work, but every time I go there I'm left disappointed. I order ahead, all the workers act like I skipped the line and usually ignore me, as I stand there awkwardly. They are right next door to fresh grocer and the bread is usually stale. It's too expensive to get a sandwich you barely want to eat. I'm literally trying to force myself to eat it right now because it's breakfast and lunch for me at my desk. I keep saying I'm going to stop going there, and maybe if I write this, it will force me to not go anymore.

Excellent Bagels, chewy, soft, perfect texture, and flavor. These are no chain stores Bagels, they are really like NY Bagels. Their taylor ham & cheese on an everything Bagel is awesome! Their French toast Bagels are great as well. Can't go wrong here, really. Been coming here for a while and will continue the trend.

Been going here for years all of a sudden they don’t know how to toast anything i ask a few times for it to be toasted… the first 3 times they forgot i thought it was an accident and but no they just don’t listen had to throw away 4 sandwiches
