I was not impressed by the food and definetely would not go back. With that said, there were a good amount of people in the resturant and it had other good reviews, so maybe some people find it good.We had calamari as an appetizer, you could tell it was frozen since it was thick and chewy. Not bad but should have been crispier and could have had more flavor.Two of us got the frutta di Mare. The waitress said it would have shrimp, scallops, shrimp, clams, mussels, and either salmon or swordfish. It did not have scallops or fish, and the mussels were ok, the calamari was chewy.The real part that let me down was that the sauce was terrible. Truly bad. Barely any actual sauce and was very oily. They definitely used cheaper oil, and it did not taste or look live olive oil. The tomatoes were "crushed" in the sauce, but really it was just lumps and most of it were undercooked pits/cores. The sauce that was there was not flavorful.Again, it had other good reviews, and I understand some kitchens do not out out consistent food. So maybe we just had bad meals. Two out of four of our dishes were ok. But none of us would go back. Side note, the service was ehhh. We were there for 2 and half hours. They took awhile to get the food out, but rushed to clear our plates while still eating and had to ask multiple times for the check

Excellent food. So far, I have tried the pasta Bolognese, chicken parmigiana, and the fettucini alfredo with chicken. Without exception, all the dishes so far have been exceptional. The staff is friendly and courteous, really nice people. This place will be my go-to for Italian food. You really can't go wrong here. In an area spoiled with choices for Italian food, Piazza22 stands out in a good way.

Amazing service and food. Even tho this is an Italian restaurant, the steak is amazing. It keeps me happy till the last bite.Calamari Saltati- well seasoning and light, the sauce is not too salty or sweet.Tagliata di Manzo- very tender and well seasoning, yum yum.Vitello Cacciatore- Medium rare always the best option, very juicy, and tender. It is good to the last drop.Amazing amazing. It is great for a party of 20 and 30 people. I was at the first floor, I didn't went upstairs.

We have been eating here since they opened… food is outstanding… always very friendly… we also had our daughter’s graduation party there Daniel is fantastic to deal with very accommodating with seating and menu … the day was beautiful and everyone called me to say how great everything was ….shout out to Daniel and Cleo and the entire staff ! A must try !!!!!

I had no plans on coming to this restaurant but I'm so glad I did. THANK YOU GOOGLE! You must check in upstairs. I'm so glad we were seated because we had no reservations and they had big groups everywhere. The hostess was outstanding. She told us she was a retired teacher and that my cousin looked like her former student. She had us blushing the entire time. What a sweet lady. Next our server was exceptional. Sadly I can't remember his name. He was a older gentleman with glasses. If you see him grab him up! He gives the BEST SERVICE! Being the only dark skinned people in the entire restaurant, we didn't even feel not one bit out of place. They were so accommodating and pleasant. I think this was the best service I've had in years! Next the food! OUTSTANDING! We had the salad with apples, mozzerella, walnuts, and cranberries, calamari, Mixed seafood with pasta, and chicken pasta with mushroom and olives. I enjoyed every bite! We left nothing on our plates. I must go back to try other dishes. I pray the next experience is as top notch as this one.

Took my girlfriend there this past Saturday and sat downstairs. Santo was very cordial and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. The food was excellent and arrived on time with a great cushion between appetizer and entree. We will be coming here again. Thank you for the great night!

We celebrated my youngest sons Confirmation party on Sunday; as always the food was excellent!!! The service was great!
