I love this place so I decided to come and order a cake in person I even called the number multiple times and stood outside the shop during opening hours only to see an open sign lit up, but not being able to even call or place any orders :( please let me. get a cake or answer if you can!

The bakery has in the past years provided good baked goods but sadly will not go back. The lady on the phone was rude and was actually obnoxious with the side comments after she accidentally left the phone line open. Not the way to run a business!

The old lady who answers the phone/bakes is extremely Rude! No manners, sarcastic, screams at you on the phone and in person. She is grumpy, she should just retire if she don’t like working. If I wasn’t in a rush I wouldn’t have gave them my business! We like the colonia branch before but they closed it down.

Rude people and worst customer service in times like this people she be more humble and appreciate the fact that people are giving them business I'll stick with the bread house in Jersey City everyone is always friendly.
