I visited yesterday at 9:50 AM and ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee. The young lady with short hair informed me that they couldn’t make the bagel because they were doing a deep clean. If the store is undergoing a deep cleaning, it should be closed to customers. What disappointed me most was her attitude—it came off as rude and unprofessional. Customers should always be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. I understand that cleaning is necessary, but it should be done without compromising service or customer experience.

When I walk into the establishment, they remember my usual order. This place checks all the boxes and always gets the order right and adds my extra matcha at no cost and with a smile. Lastly, never have a complain as the items served are fresh tasting. The customer service is consistent and exceptional.
I went back and read the reviews and sometimes hiring the wrong people can bring down your establishment. I go in the mornings and the place is ran by Shenelle, who is exceptional and really should have her own Dunkin’ Donuts franchise.

I had the worst experience ever at Dunkin'. The place was extremely dirty, and the young Hispanic guy working there had a very bad attitude. It was disappointing to see him steaming milk in a dirty pitcher and then using another pitcher to pour espresso into my cup. It seemed like he was using old coffee to make every drink. I didn’t say anything at the time, but I ended up dumping my coffee after taking a sip. Wasted my time and $10 here. Never again.

Shavelle was amazing. The way she was patient with this old man in front of me that was really asking for a lot for his and his wife she just took really good care of him. And us as well. Even after the man didn’t leave a tip she still told him have an amazing day. She was great and quick. I rarely leave reviews but she defidently deserved this one. 👌
