The young lady at the front of the house is very welcoming. Always makes you feel like your at the right place. Im a truck driver. And its such a great feeling walking in and seeing her smile and warm welcoming. Food is amazing, 5 egg special everytime! Manwhich is awesome as well! Come sit down have some great food and be treated like family.

Stopped in today on our way home from our trip to see NYC Christmas lights! So glad we did. I am traveling with my family of 6 including 4 teenagers with varying food preferences. Our experience of Eddys Kitchen was great! We ordered the veggie omelette platter, Waffles, French toast with regular bacon, pancakes with eggs and turkey bacon, and a couple of breakfast sandwiches with fries. The food was delicious and served hot. The service was warm and friendly. The restaurant (including the restroom) is clean with a welcoming vibe. Everyone in our party left full and happy! We Highly recommend.

I decided to try Eddies Kitchen this weekend. The food was great but what really stood out was the love in the air. The manager/hostess/waitress/owners family member was incredi ly friendly & clearly had genuine relationships with many of the customers. She even took a moment to announce & celebrate a customers 93rd birthday--Happy Birthday, Joe! I ordered the Eddies omelet which was loaded with chicken spinach mushrooms, tomatoes & cheddar cheese. I waa delicious. I was in a bit of a rush & didnt take a picture of my food. A friend came in so I snapped photos of his food. I ended up making a new friend in Plainfield. Such a sweet welcoming person, I even recieved a holiday hug and well wishes before I left. A small place you must visit.

i didn’t catch the women’s name at the counter helping me and getting someone else’s order ready but as she was multitasking she was such a sweetheart and very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to come here for breakfast and lunch food is always A1

Fresh Coffee all morning long. Ordered the breakfast burrito and Eddys Cuban. The Cuban sandwhich had a strong Umami flavor. Burrito was cheesy and potato’s weren’t hard, just fell apart as you ate. Good authentic Cuban food. Customer service was also great. Will be coming back!

Eddy's is definitely one of the best breakfast spots in town. Their food is great, all home made, and very well prepared. The customer service is outstanding as well. Lorena can handle every customer with care and precision, attending to everyone and their requests. The atmosphere of the place is something money can't buy. A nice local spot with a real sense of community and care. If you're ever in town or just looking for a calm place to sit down and enjoy a coffee, Eddy's is the place for you!
