I was so implored by the humility displayed by the manager of this location I decided to leave a review. I don’t think I’ve ever come to this location for food and left not feeling like a better human being. The managers are so courteous, kind, and always light a spark of joy in my heart. 10/10

Don't bother going for the KFC text deals (when you sign up via text) as the store says they don't have the scanner to honor the deals. I left and went to the one on South Street and not only was it honored with a scanner, it was honnered with a smile. Classic bait and switch and I'll NEVER visit the Somerset KFC again!

This location is great! The workers were very nice and respectful to myself and the the other customers. Everyone works very hard, they’re super efficient. The store is kept very clean - whoever manages this location does a great job and must have a great rapport with their staff. Keep up the great work, guys !!

I placed an order on the app at 5:20am for a scheduled delivery later this evening for 4:30pm. After going to sleep at 5:30am (I'm a night owl), I woke up around noon to an email sent at 6:05am saying my order was cancelled. After calling the Customer Service number, I was informed to call the store to see what may have happened. I did, and the manager, Andrea, picked up. After going back and forth with her, and providing a Case Number, Andrea took it upon herself to figure things out. She was just as confused as I was. Andrea kept me posted as she got updates from the Customer Service agents. She was very polite and professional, doing whatever it took within her power to resolve a customer's complaint. Very good customer service from Andrea. Will definitely frequent this location more often.A good team is the result of good leadership, and, based on my experience today with Andrea, I have no doubt that this location has both good leadership and a good team.

Back in the day, when I was in school, this location had barbequed chicken. When I walked there would be a sign on the counter which read 'Barbeque chicken available'. That was so good I almost lived here.

The lady with blonde hair that walks around, she is a very miserable person. Went in for the fourth time when she was there and messed up my order for the forth time. I always leave a $5 tip no matter what I order this women out up a fight saying she left my mash and gravy. Fire that lady.

Sorry to say but the chicken was overcooked and the apple pie tasted as it it was day old not satisfied with my food at all nothing tasted fresh
