Fun spot and ice cream is good, but it's expensive...once a season type trip for us but fun for tradition.

This place is dripping with atmosphere. I was on the hunt for a pistachio milkshake and Scoops delivered. Others in my party were equally satisfied with ice cream scoops and sundaes. A great place for kids and ids-at-heart.

Yikes! This place smells and feels like your great grandmother's cellar! Asked for 2 scoops of 2 different flavors & only got one. Was told it came with whipped cream & cherry - it didn't have either. Over $21 dollars for 2 desserts!! Absolutely insane!!

Very good ice cream! I like that you can choose between hard or soft serve ice cream! The prices are a little steep, but you get a decent amount of ice cream for the price. Unfortunately, I didn't get to live the 50s Era, but the atmosphere is everything you think of when you think of the 50s. The car seats are a great touch, great for photos!

A must- go when you are in Wildwood. Authentic nostalgia and terrific ice cream. Banana splits made to order, saddle shoe malted and black cows!?

Always a pleasure. And we got to meet George this time. Hearing him tell us the back stories behind all the many antiques was a night I'll never forget.

I found this gem online while looking to allergy friendly places to take our 5 year old son to. I was not expecting to find an ice-cream parlor. Anyone who has a child with a food allergy knows, dessert shops are a big no no. After calling to make sure I wasn't crazy, the male owner (I'm so sorry to not remember names!) not only was hysterical, but reassuring. This was our first stop in Wildwood! Our son has only had homemade icecream, and has never visited an ice cream parlor so it was a big day for our whole family. Something normal, something almost every kid experiences! The female owner and her staff were INCREDIBLE!! They let him sample flavors, made it important, it just felt so gratifying to see his little head peaking over the icecream counter. Everyone ready to get his order! My heart! The owner served him a special cup and sealed spoon with napkin to indicate it was allergy free. We ordered 4 more flavors and I'll be making the trip again soon with the family, just for the icecream and the awesome memories. Thank you to everyone at Cool Scoops, you made our vacation a memorable one and made my 5 year old little boy feel like a normal kid at an ice cream spot!

Just a fun place to go. You will experience nostalgia from the 50's and 60's. Say hello to Elvis while you're there. Enjoy your treats sitting in the old cars. The ice cream is delicious too.

My salted caramel pretzel was the absolute best ice cream I've ever had. The caramel was somehow melty while being inside of the ice cream. I also tasted the fruity Superman which was great

Wanted to get a little ice cream on a little date. Owner shut the lights off on us after paying for our ice cream and sitting down. rudely asked and ridiculed the group of other paying customers. She said she served her last customer at 10:30 but then we all came in and asked what were we doing before coming into her store that made us come in so late and sarcastically told us to have a great day at work tomorrow since we're locals and work around town. Even though her store is advertised to be open till 11:30. Change your advertised hours or lock your doors and put your closed signs up instead of harassing your customers.
