Good foodz just very slow servers. We were not checked on once we got our food and we got our appetizer without plates so we ate on napkins until we could ask for a plate.

I visited a few weeks ago and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the lady at the door to our server, the staff came across as rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. As someone traveling with a person with a disability, I felt immediately judged and uncomfortable—the lack of basic courtesy was clear and unacceptable. It was obvious that friendliness and customer care were not a priority here. While the food appeared to be appealing I had no desire to stay after the way we were treated. I would never return and strongly urge management to address their staff’s behavior.

It’s hard to give any stars if you can’t get in this restaurant. My husband and I normally love this place and visit several times when we are in town. However, last night we were pretty much denied entry as my husband is in a wheelchair and the elevator was broken. It was broken last year at this time too, but at that time we were offered seating in a downstairs part of the restaurant. Last night we weren’t offered anything. You need to educate your servers on the ADA act created in the 90s to prevent the discrimination that happened last night to us. I would have preferred to complain to a manger but I was a bit in shock last night and no one answers the phone there. Patrons beware, if you can’t walk up the steps you can’t go there.

Went specifically to see a band that was playing there. First time there. Big place with i believe 4 bars? Possibly more. Tons of fun. All ages for the most part. Drinks are very good

From out of town and we had 16 people in to eat. Food came out timely, drinks were made quickly and everything was delicious. Alaina and Jules went out of their way on a Friday night to help me locate a receipt (remotely) so I could turn it in for reimbursement. Above and beyond on the service!

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Inlet on 11/2 &it truly was the best day of our lives. I mean, what’s better than an off season wedding down the shore?! From start to finish, Alaina made sure we were taken care of &her communication was always professional &timely. Our wedding day exceeded all of our expectations &all of our visions truly came to life! From the venue as a whole, the chef, the food, the bartenders, the drinks, to the entire Inlet team, we could not be more appreciative for how they helped make our day so memorable that everyone is STILL raving about! With ZERO hesitation, I will recommend ANYONE who is interested in having their wedding down the shore to check out the Inlet!

I spent an evening at The Inlet recently and I left underwhelmed to say the least. The view while staying under cover is second to none in the area. I love sitting on the upper deck and watching the waves crash into the bay/ocean area. It's really comforting and relaxing. There are plenty of TVs to watch the games.
My issue last time around was that the bartender at my end was inattentive and for a bartender extremely quiet. Bartenders in general should be personable as they are the front line for the bar/restaurant and they should make you feel welcome and should check in on you periodically. I was barely greeted, had to ask for a menu and then sat for over 30 mins without being checked in on again. There were no more than 20 people upstairs at the time and I only got a second drink after another bartender was checking stock nearby and saw my empty drink and curiously asked "are you being taken care of?". Beyond that the food was way too fast in coming out, yes too fast and of course the taste matched the quickness of the order. It was awful. I ordered burgers and when I tell you that they came out in under 5 mins I'm not kidding which means on a slower part of the night my burgers weren't even cooked to order and they tasted that way as well. That's disappointing. Over $20 with tip to leave dissatisfied with the meal.
Would I go back? Yeah. The view and open air feeling are unmatched. Would I consider eating elsewhere before or after? Probably so.
