Balkan Fusion is a hidden gem! Easily the best Macedonian food in New Jersey (other than my grandma’s) — every dish is bursting with authentic flavor and a creative twist. The food is fresh, the vibes are great, and the staff treats you like family. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
Special Forces Parachute Team here for the annual Barefoot Country Feastival, ate there for Friday evening dinner! The food was awesome, I was stuffed when I left the restaurant. Having been to the Balkens during the Bosnian war, this experience brought back many memories of my time in the former Yugoslavia.

What a great locally owned restaurant! We had lunch there trying four of their wraps. Everything was fresh and delicious and the proportions were perfect. Also highly recommend their Turkish coffee if you are an espresso person and want an authentic strong coffee.
