I went to eat here on Wednesday Jan 13th with my family I had visiting from colombia. the food was good and our waitress was great but we still had a terrible experience. We felt bad for the waitress when the manager came out of nowhere and began berating and yelling at our waitress, as well as the kitchen staff for some unknown reason and she seemed to have a very noticable attitude behind her words. We lost our appetite. I had mentioned that Dennys is typically a favorite place of mine to eat because of the selection and service. We felt bad and embarrassed specially when the manager threw a door open to the back area while still giving an attitude. Not sure what she was even doing there as all the manager seemed to be doing was micromanaging while not actually doing anything. Sadly this isnt something I could let slide, hence the review, but I will say that the current manager needs an attitude adjustment. I can only imagine how bad it is when there are no customers present let alone what she did while there were customers attempting to eat.

Came on Christmas Day and this place was buzzzzzzzy. Dawn, the manager was answering the phone expediting, getting to go orders and answering questions. Adel was flying everywhere, doing everything that needed to be done. Food was served promptly and there were 5 cooks doing the cooking. They all did it smiling while flying. We're very pleased that as busy as they were they was no grumbling or complaining 😀. Deserve 5 stars Judith Swartley Ocean City,NJ

Customer service is great however it took overall hour to get our food. I was about to walk out. Finally food came. Food was good but I was highly disappointed with the food service. If you don't mind waiting a long time for your food come if not go elsewhere

Customer service is horrible!! Came here about 3am for a pickup order and the server /host has a horrible attitude . Stood there for 10 minutes until he actually helped then he had An attitude , do yourself a favor an order from literally any other dennys. Then didn’t have have my full order because they were “out” . Couldn’t get refunded or anything else because a manager was not there and I needed to call “corporate”

I thought I was not appreciated for the host to be speaking out loud to the waitresses to clean there tables if you the host dress in black treating guest and the staff is busy the least the host can do is wipe of buss any tables if needed. Cane in for the first time a well groomed African lady grated us the table we’re not wipe as she proceeded to speak out loudly to the staff to wipe there tables down not good the staff were working hard taking care of there tables there were no dishes stacked up all the tables needed was wiped down and reset. Perhaps be good for management to teach and develop the host well and then them show themselves and do table visit at least Liz was amazing she was superb gracias mami oh and it was extremely hot felt like it was 75 degrees

Place is low maintained and servers are like robot poor quality in bathroom is always dirty.loud music from kitchen .I don't want to hear Mexican music while trying to have a relaxing meal
