Essential Elements is easily the best nutritional/supplement store around! The staff extremely knowledgable & friendly. Their prices are amazing & they are always looking to help you save! Not only do I regularly have coupons sent to me with my account, but they also go above and beyond to find me other deals being offered! (Not like other places where you have to jump through hoops just to use a coupon!) Yesterday I saved $12 on one product, & ended up buying a large Garden of Life Collagen, for the price of a small! Great experience!

Garbage customer service! I've been buying various health products from this company since it opened. They track every purchase I have ever made there. Today I discussed returning a $25 bottle of Solgar 7 with the owner. He acted like he didn't remember selling me the bottle of pills two weeks ago and insisted that I have the original receipt to return the item or contact the manufacturer. Congratulations! Your store policy and lack of customer service just lost you a customer. I hope the $20 I spent was worth it.
