Bathrooms out of order for days. I had to go to the restroom and had to go to another establishment. Had to order 3 beverages due to not having hot chocolate and other beverage in stock although on the menu. Had to wait 20 minutes to ask someone for sugar due to not having it on the table when coffee and tea was served. The service is slow and selection is scarce due to not ordering supplies. Way under staffed for major holiday and peak day for this restaurant. I can not recommend such bad service to my worst enemy!!!

Terrible terrible terrible. My group was served after every other table was seated, ordered and got their food. Our orders were incorrect and then we were the only guest asked to bring their check to the front to pay while everyone else left their money at the table and left. Disgusting service

Have you ever heard of a manager who hides in the freezer? Well Thomas from the Northfield friendlys does. Not only did he feel the need to laugh at the customers and ignore helping his two servers he had on. But he had other tables at the ice cream bar screaming at him to stop hiding in the freezer and to get out. The store was trashed with dirty plates, napkins and food on tables and floors. There was no one greeting, he laughed and gave attitudes to us for wanting napkins or even his name. It's sad that his own staff begged for the tables to do surverys to get him in trouble cause how awful he is and how he just hides from everyone. You know what it's like having children and your trying to celebrate your little sisters birthday just to get crappier version of McDonald's burgers on top of not even knowing our server. To be given foul tasting ice cream and whip cream. You know it's bad when toddlers turn it down cause it's yucky. It's upsetting this place use to be a place we grew up with to go as a family but instead it's a disgusting place poorly ran not up to health regulations and so forth. Oh I do have a picture of mister Tomas to. Specially after he laughed at me and others. But really you hide in the freezer on the phone? And ignore how broken and disgusting your store is? You just smoke and give no care to the world. It's upsetting so upsetting.
