La Cucina Ristorante Reviews
This restaurant was very bad. I don’t know which was worse: the food, or the service. Three of our pasta dishes (the gnocchi and the mushroom ravioli), were very much inedible. The mushroom ravioli tasted like dirt and human feces. There was so much butter and odd flavoring that absolutely made no sense in the dish. The gnocchi tasted like a women’s restroom that had not been cleaned in years. Continually, the service was genuinely the worst I had ever experienced. Our waiter...read full review
A splendid afternoon menu followed by a dinner menu at 5. Fresh seafood, red meats , home made dessert, fresh espressos and more ! An excellent taste of Italy to be explored. Chef Ron is exceptional with his devout love for food and customers along with his staff. Owner Ellis is always present to ensure the best experience possible,so If I cannot be in Italy, I will be just as pleased at La Cucina Restorante!
I would not recommend this restaurant for many reasons. The Chicken Marsala was the worst I ever has. Very thin sauce and thick pieces of chicken (of which there were 2 small pieces.)
I prefer my pasta on the side, which I requested, but did not receive (there was two spoonfuls at best.)
I also requested tomato sauce on my “side of pasta”, but was told it would be an $8.00 extra charge to get. When I told the waitress that that was insulting and outrageous, she told...read full review

La Cucina Ristorante is known for its friendly and attentive service, with servers who are quick to address any issues. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining, although the outdoor seating overlooks the parking lot. The menu features a variety of dishes, including calamari, cavatelli with shrimp and scallops, seafood ravioli, and veal with shrimp. The food is generally well-regarded, especially the salads and grilled octopus starters, though some customers have noted small appetizer portions and occasional inconsistency in food quality.
The restaurant can be loud, but the tables are nicely spaced, so it doesn't feel crowded. Prices tend to be on the higher side, with some entrees costing over $30. The staff, including attentive servers, are praised for their good service, despite some minor rustiness in beverage service, particularly in opening wine and IDing fine wine. Many diners appreciate that La Cucina is BYOB, making it a convenient choice for a relaxed night out with friends.
The inviting and attractive atmosphere adds to the experience, and the host/hostess staff are very accommodating to all guests. Several special occasions have been celebrated here, with many guests noting that their meals, such as the Branzino and homemade mushroom ravioli, were perfect.
The food is consistently well-prepared and delicious, with seafood dishes being abundant and exceptional. Though it can be a bit noisy inside on the weekend, the overall experience remains enjoyable and relaxing for most visitors. The octopus and Caesar salad are standout appetizers, while the stuffed pork chop and veal francaise are highly recommended entrees. The salted caramel gelato and pistachio gelato are delectable desserts.
