Attention * Custom service was horrible. My drink was made wrong and then I was given attitude about taking my time to go over the menus and place my order. Horrible they discriminate and are not pleasant. Please do not come here if you are “OTHER” They are Disrespectful and nasty and unwelcoming if you don’t frequent them. what happened to manhatten bagel? when did they give up completely like this? you have the audacity to call THIS a bagel? This is the plainest white bread ive ever eaten. Its wonder bread. You're skipping like half of steps and ingredients. Itd be like mixing lemon and lime juice together and saying it's Sprite.
Im not wasting calories here and no one else should. To call this a bagel is just outrageous and somewhat offensive.
Bagels are supposed to be chewy and crumbly on the outside with a twinge of molasis, while the inside should be soft and fluffy like a pastry.
What are you not doing? When i was a kid, theyd boil the bagels and then cook them in a big brick oven. You could smell them from a block away and you could eat them plain.
This is just wonderbread. You've cut too many corners Manhatten Bagel. You've allowed quality to fly out the window and all you got left is a sad store that sells flavorless hunks of cold bread.

Will NOT be ordering from Manhattan Bagel again. What a ripoff this place is. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and egg bagel and this is what I got. The service was fast, presumably because they only needed a few seconds to make this thing. God forbid they use more than a .0001 oz piece of steak. You're better off going to McDonalds or Wawa.

If you live in the area go to hot bagel better atmosphere nicer people and they actually get your order right payed 30 dollars just for my order to be wrong missing stuff I payed extra for and the guy refused to fix it and give me a refund stay away from food chains like this cheap crooks highly disappointed first and last time I’ll go their.!!!! I went to hot bagel and order the same thing the sandwich on the left is from them and the sandwich on the right is from manhattan no words needed. If I could give it a 0 star I would.
