The breakfast food is straight trash, the biscuits and English muffins was old, the sandwiches are small, the sandwich as a whole didn't look appealing! The only credit they get is for the spicy chickens sandwiches, chicken nuggets and frosties! The service is pretty good depending who's working at the time. Working fast food isn't for everyone.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a Baconador and the guy gives me a single burger patty and two pieces of bacon. I called him on it and he and he lies. The website shows the burger, 2 patties and 6 pieces of bacon. They just laughed about it so who knows what they would have done to my food if I pressed further. As some of these comments mention, this is beyond something simple and if they hire like this then my experience is just the tip of the iceberg. Avoid going here at all costs!

Absolutely disgusting. My sister went for a job interview there and they didn’t even ask for her name and laughed and pointed at her. Shes 17 and all these people are GROWN ADULTS. point and laughing at a 17 year old because of her looks. Absolutely discouraging behavior. DO NOT GO HERE.

One of my very close friends went in for an interview today and they were discriminated for their looks. They immediately laughed and pointed when she walked in the door. They were all well over the age of at least 35 and my friend is only 17. As soon as she was sat down they continued to tell her she wouldn’t be fit for the job. The manager even proceeded to bring in another worker to continue laughing at her. Very unprofessional.

My grandson loves to have Wendy's about once a week, his favorite is the Dave's single cheeseburger, plain, only meat and cheese which is the way it's ordered. Too many time it's not prepared the way we order it, which makes him always ask why they can't get it right. I avoid using the drive thru for this reason and it's become a habit to check before I leave the restaurant. The food s excellent when prepared as ordered. Just make sure you thoroughly check before leaving.

Three times I got the "Biggie" bag that consist of a burger , fries, four nuggets , and a drink but each time never got the right amount of nuggets this is the Wendy's in Northfield. Last time I went I ordered the "Biggie" bag and I told the gentleman a 6 piece nugget it was only two nuggets in the bag the additional nuggets wasn't even in bag. I was to far away when I noticed it my fault because I didn't go back and speak with a manager. Because one time I can say an accident possibly three times that's an issue that should be addressed.
