The service is the zero out of 10! We go in to pick up food and they didn’t put one of the sandwiches in the bag. We tried calling before we head back over probably called 10 times. No one answered we got there we tell them all of the add-ons that we paid for on the burger and had showed them the receipt and we heard them call out all the ingredients that we had added on the burger such as lettuce tomato, onion, simple as that and they didn’t even put it on there so I paid extra money for something I didn’t get then we also ordered a frosty a caramel crunch one and they gave us the wrong flavor and it’s not to mention they always put the biggest slabs of bacon on the bacon or fries they don’t even try to cut it. Definitely would not recommend

Omg their chicken tenders are really,really good and the chocolate brownie oreo fusion is amazing!!I recommend going and getting some if you have not yet..

As a dasher and a customer I can honestly say this.Wendy's is by and far the worst wendy's, that i've ever been to this one.Ranks top three on worst restaurants in the area for me.Not just wendy's, but for all restaurants, the staff is arrogant and ignorant.They could care less that you're sitting there.Waiting for your orders.It takes forever to get anybody.Even take your order.And even when you're in the drive through, you're going to look at long, wait times and your food is basically thrown out the window to you.Whoever runs and operates this wendy's needs to seriously restaff.It or close it

For the past month there’s been a sign in the drive thru on the order speaker that they’re only accepting cash. Not sure for the reason they’re not accepting cards but why hasn’t this issue been resolved yet? It’s been weeks! I can’t imagine how much money they’re losing by not having this problem fixed. Ridiculous! Whoever runs this location should be demoted to shredding lettuce

yesterday (sept 22, 2025) around 3-4pm my friends and i visited this location and one of the drive-through workers was extremely disrespectful to us. she repeatedly talked over us, not allowing us to speak, almost mockingly so. she also told us many items were unavailable or that they could not accommodate basic requests (upgrading to a large fry), because they “do not do that here.” our experience was so off-putting that we decided to just leave and take our business elsewhere. for a company that claims to prioritize hospitality and “making guests feel at home,” this was not the service that we expected or deserved. it is truly embarrassing so have such immature staff representing your location. we are regulars at the tilton rd location and have never witnessed service like this before. we all hope that you are able to better in the future, not just for us, but for all future customers.
