This is one of my favorite places to eat, and I come here multiple times a week. The food is delicious, the pastries and cakes are unmatched, the prices are seriously excellent for what they serve. But I must say the staff is really what keeps me coming back. Lexie the manager is always so sweet and kind, but she is also super efficient and runs a tight ship. Everyone just does such a great job of making you feel welcome but they still manage to get your order out quickly. I’ve recommended this place to many people, who become regulars too, so I would say it’s my favorite spot to go to for breakfast, brunch, or just a quick Chai. Luke also is a standout for great service and always has a really great attitude.

This cafe smells really bad every time you enter. Since it's a cafe, it's normal to smell like bread or coffee, but every time I enter this place, the smell that smells like bathroom disinfectant gives me a headache.
There has been a constant smell since last year. Please take better care of the store management. I went to buy bread again today and didn't stay there for less than 5 minutes, but the smell was so bad that I didn't want to stay any longer. Please take care of the cafe so that it doesn't smell that bad.

I visit this place regularly, today the kid taking my order wasn’t too professional. Then the kid had the nerves to be complaining to others about how I placed my order, in the presence of customers, when he could have simply asked me to CLARIFY if he didn’t understand. As a result, the food was very poor quality today. The kid who took my order could use a bit more training on professionalism. First negative experience at Cafe Trois.

See note in the parking section regarding exit driveway if you bring a sports car or sedan. Food and pastries (takeout) are quite good in terms of freshness and presentation. The items on menu seem studied. I haven't tried their coffee.

Parking: Sedans or sports cars can scrape on the steep and narrow exit driveway. Difficult to descend at an angle. Furthermore, the exit driveway is right by a busy intersection with a considerable blind spot from a large tree on the left.

Nice little place, cozy , friendly, clean and good food. The wait make all its good tumble . By the time you get your food you finish your only coffee or it gets cold . Order 2 pieces of bread and it took 15min and there answer was to many food orders to cook . Food and coffee got cold. Several complained about the time . I spent one hour to eat .

Omelet and a pastry will be up there with any 5 star hotel breakfast, any high end bakery in the city or Europe. And unlike those places you will actually leave full. No one does a chocolate almond croissant like Cafe Trois. It’s really worth going out of your way for.

So I felt compelled to post a review and I never do… going on about 2 years I live up the road from this place. Food is amazing, however the service and principles of business in this cafe I’m seriously not happy with and makes me not want to come anymore. Every time you as them for any sour cream/ mayo/ even a cup of water they make you pay for everything. Today we asked for a cup of water and the person working the counter said well you can buy a bottle. The food is pricy but good but when your spending $50 dollars on breakfast you would think that there would be better customer service and they wouldn’t be trying to take advantages of their customers over charging for mayo/ sour cream and making them buy water bottles rather green give them a cup of tap for free. As I said this has been an ongoing theme in this place and makes me not want to come here anymore after consistently coming every weekend for the past year or two…

Cafe Trois is a great place to grab a coffee and/or bite. I’ve both sat there and came in for items to go. The pastries I have tried are all delicious and the coffee is great. The baristas are friendly, too. Parking can be sparse at busy times.

I’m in love with this cozy little cafe. The food is really good and the pastries are delicious. Haven’t bought their bread but planning on in on my next stop in.

Vegetarian options: There’s an opportunity there for certain.
