I live in Norwood. I took my children and her friends to Norwood Dunkin' Donuts - they had no donuts and the place looked pitiful. I still bought half a dozen. They had strawberry sprinkles and chocolate crème and strawberry frosting donut and no munchkins.
My husband wanted a pumpkin donut so I decided to go to Northvale dunkin in the hopes their selection was way better Their service was awesome and their donuts were stocked and they had munchkins!!! I also went inside, it's a much cleaner place and newer!!! and their donuts just looked fresher, not like all beat up.
Worth the extra two minute drive from Norwood.

FOR WHATEVER REASON IF YOU COME AT 8pm for a coffee they tell you that the expresso machine it’s not working !!! I’m pretty sure is working they just don’t want to make you , your coffee

There is a an old lady in the morning shift who messed up order at first gave Croissants instead of Wraps. Then when I corrected she gave me 6 croissants instead of 8 croissants which I did not count and when I told her that I am missing two she said that she gave me 8. Also, I told them to check cameras and find out the truth they said they don’t have the access.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the window was not friendly. I ordered an iced coffee that was made wrong 2 different times and then she proceeded to give me an attitude as if I did something wrong . I usually go in the morning and don’t have an issue. This afternoon was no good .This is usually my go to Dunkin’ Donuts :/
The morning shift staff is WAY better.There’s a girl who was working at the cashier between 4-5 pm on April 8 that should be fired. She got my order wrong (I asked for hot she gave me iced) and proceeded to give me attitude even though she was the one who messed up? I was really nice about it, so not sure what all the attitude was for. She also overcharged me (I get the same thing every time) probably because she was annoyed. Very rude overall. She should not be in a customer service role; she clearly can’t handle it.

Worst experience ever. Paid for the food I never got.I ordered one avacado toast with tomatoes and one hash brown. Had to wait for 15 minutes to get my order as they either forgot about my order or prioritized driveway and other customers. When I got the order it was wrong. They gave me avacado bacon sandwich and pale hash browns. I am a vegetarian and they served me bacon which I got to know after taking a bite. I returned the order and had to leave without any food. I have to spend my lunch time and rest of day hungry because of them.
