The drive thru has a SIGNIFICANT AND DANGEROUS design flaw that damages multiple cars a day. The staff is familiar with daily accidents and points it out. This McDonald’s was recently bought out, and the current owner does not acknowledge complaints or incident reports. Looks like a class action lawsuit is due.

NOT 24 HOURS!!! I placed an order through the app and pulled up to the drive-thru, no answer. I pull up to the first window and find three workers just staring at me through the window, they made no attempt to talk to me. I tried waving and one of the spanish males just x’ed his arms and walked away, I then pulled up my phone to show I had an order that was already made AND PAYED, the old spanish lady does the same as the other dude did, I tried mentioning what about my money she then shrugs and waves me off. She then proceeds to blast Spanish music. Why list it as a 24 hour spot if your employees refuse to work those hours, they were rude and unprofessional, literally all they had to do was speak to me like a human being. This occurred the night of the 1st of September 2025.

To whoever is managing this location, please give your entire staff working on 8/22/25 at 5:44pm a round of applause. Everyone was attentive, friendly, responsive and willing to go above and beyond for the people in the restaurant. Great job everyone!

Me and my family went to dinner at this mcdonald's located at 240 Livingston street Northvale NJ 07647 when we arrived the order yourself machine was having a problem and we decided to order at the counter.. only one register was open but there was no employees in front of the counter… when an employee approached I asked her if I could order at the counter and she yelled at me that they were very busy in the drive thru that she couldn't help me.. at the same time she yelled at the employees in Spanish.. I felt helpless in the situation in front of my family.. I asked for the store manager and they refused to call him or give me the manager's name… the customer service was very rude and unprofessional.. this incident occurred today February 10, 2025 around 6:30 pm

The soda machine here gave me a stomach bug. I knew something was wrong when all the soda was warm and uncarbonated. It seemed like the employees knew too since as I was walking out they were laughing. Disgusting never again. Order from Bergenfield or Hackensack if u want mcd. If you can't, go to Wendy's just a few blocks away and save your stomach!
There's always a line here too... Drivers always waiting for their delivery order.. backed up all the time.
