I opted for food pickup at a parking spot and no one ever came out, I ended up having to go inside to see my order just sitting behind the counter and by that time the food has already gotten cold.
November 2024
This was the second time, at this location, that I placed an online order, and it was not ready because they "didn't receive it. " I showed them my order from my phone and then my confirmation email. After 2 workers telling me they didn't have it, a 3rd worker was able to find it in their system. The update to the store is amazing. However, they need to update their ordering system. Needless to say, I had to wait there while they made my order.
