A couple of months ago, I bought a cake here for a friend. We didn’t like it, but I decided to give the place another chance. Yesterday, I bought a red velvet cake for my son’s birthday simply because it looked nice. What a disappointment.
No one liked it. The taste was honestly no better than a basic ShopRite cake- except this one was triple the price. A small cake costing $50 should be at least delicious, not mediocre.
Presentation isn’t enough. At this price point, quality and taste really need to match.
Pretty cakes are useless if the flavor is nothing but just sweet. I won’t be coming back.

Asked for a latte. I ended up with plain milkless coffee. I asked them again is this latte they said it is. Im not gonna spend a single second to teach someone who call themselves barista what is a latte or will there be anything called latte without milk but management is bad and the baristas love for work is not there

Today I saw a staff be very rude to a delivery guy. As I stood by the counter, I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary but the staff at the counter with red hair was very confrontational with the delivery person. The delivery guy seemed confused at the situation and tried to stay calm. The staff said something about shoving the phone on their faces. I didn’t notice any aggressive behavior from the delivery guy and was actually trying to stay calm and explain that he was merely showing the app as he should as standard work. But the staff with the red hair refuse to backdown until the very end even with many customers around. I’ve seem bad apple customers but never seen a service personnel be aggressive in front of customers, provoked or not.

This was delivered thru Uber eats. I don’t understand why the food isn’t properly sealed? I order two almond croissants and they send it in a paper bag with no tape no stickers. Same thing happened last time with a coffee i ordered. No stickers or tape. The food can easily be tampered with. This is being delivered by a stranger and PB is not taking the proper measures to keep this from happening.
This place has gone down hill since the last time. Just purchased some cakes and they were very low on inventory, didn’t look fresh, place looked dirty and horrible customer service. when I asked for an extra bag the front cashier asks for what. Are you kidding me? to bag the items I purchased, maybe he was not happy with my 10% tip. Never going back, not tipping these people. You don’t get a tip for doing bare min of your job requirement!

I’ve visited this branch several times, and the service has been consistently disappointing. The cashiers — mostly younger staff — often have no expression, seem uninterested, and rarely greet customers. When I check out, they barely speak, and their voices are so quiet that I can’t even tell if they’re talking to me. I’ve had to stand there waiting because I wasn’t sure whether they were finished or not.
This happens every time I visit, and it makes me feel unsure if I’m even being treated as a customer. The food is good, but the customer service really needs improvement.

5 stars!!! Popped in for Thanksgiving dessert and had a wonderful selection and the most helpful gentleman behind the counter.

The staff here always seem unfriendly and irritated. When they pack the bread, they don’t even bother to wrap the unwrapped pieces in plastic or paper first. They just throw everything together into the bag without properly wrapping anything. It feels careless and unhygienic, and it happens every time I visit.
On top of that, I had a very upsetting experience today. I bought a bottled drink that turned out to be spoiled, my child even drank some before we noticed the problem. I went back less than five minutes after paying and asked for a refund, but they told me it couldn’t be processed and that I needed to come back 30 minutes later. Even after waiting that long, the manager never called to apologize, and the refund was still not processed.
I don’t understand how a refund cannot be issued immediately, especially when the product was clearly not safe to consume. This shows a serious lack of customer service and proper training.
Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Delicious. I had the sweet rice ball donut, curry croquette, and cherry and Greek yogurt danish. A bit pricey but being able to treat myself to 3 yummy new pastries turned a horrible day into a wonderful one.

I use to come in 2 times a week for my staff usually dropped 50 plus each time
For 6 months
Went back a month ago no ham or cheese in the ham and cheese croissant
No almond filling in the almond croissant
Decide to give another try sometimes people have bad days well I gave it 2 more times same situation and quality none absolutely terrible a big disappointment
We will not give you another chance

The service was horrible. The cashier had no clue what she was doing. I ordered a birthday cake for my son, and it took her five business days just to figure out how to press “cake” on her LCD screen. Even when she was supposed to collect payment, she was still confused and fumbling with the register.
I asked her if the knife would come with the cake. She responses NOTHING—kept her head down, staring at the screen. I had to ask again, and only then did a man in the back step in, grab a knife, and ask me how many candles I needed.
After all that, the cashier never said sorry for the delay or confusion, and not even a simple thank you. Obviously, she doesn’t know what customer service is. I have no idea how this store can hire someone like that to be a cashier, the person who deals with customers the most.
The employee I mentioned had light brown dyed hair tied up, and a tattoo on the back of her left palm.

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit, especially as a returning customer. The tiramisu did not resemble an authentic tiramisu in taste or texture—it lacked the traditional ladyfinger component and was noticeably dry. Similarly, the red velvet cake sponge was also dry and underwhelming. Additionally, despite standing in front of the cake display waiting to be served, another customer who arrived after me was attended to first at the register. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I do not plan to return.

Very dirty … tables , floor extremely dirty … coming here often and never saw that dirty . Trays was extremely dirty as well. And it’s 8:30am … disgusting. Please fix it !
