Decide to give another try sometimes people have bad days well I gave it 2 more times same situation and quality none absolutely terrible a big disappointment We will not give you another chance

The service was horrible. The cashier had no clue what she was doing. I ordered a birthday cake for my son, and it took her five business days just to figure out how to press “cake” on her LCD screen. Even when she was supposed to collect payment, she was still confused and fumbling with the register.
I asked her if the knife would come with the cake. She responses NOTHING—kept her head down, staring at the screen. I had to ask again, and only then did a man in the back step in, grab a knife, and ask me how many candles I needed.
After all that, the cashier never said sorry for the delay or confusion, and not even a simple thank you. Obviously, she doesn’t know what customer service is. I have no idea how this store can hire someone like that to be a cashier, the person who deals with customers the most.
The employee I mentioned had light brown dyed hair tied up, and a tattoo on the back of her left palm.

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit, especially as a returning customer. The tiramisu did not resemble an authentic tiramisu in taste or texture—it lacked the traditional ladyfinger component and was noticeably dry. Similarly, the red velvet cake sponge was also dry and underwhelming. Additionally, despite standing in front of the cake display waiting to be served, another customer who arrived after me was attended to first at the register. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I do not plan to return.

What’s going on with this place? I’ve been coming to this location since it’s grand opening and it’s been a gradual decline in terms of cleanliness and product availability. Came in today to pick up pastries and almost every tray was filthy. Cabinet doors were left wide open. Yes it was a Saturday but there wasn’t a line, only 2 people sitting eating and no one else shopping. Two girls were working and both were sitting by the registers talking. Time to go back to the Fort Lee location.

Beautiful modern store with gorgeous interior and wonderful floor tiles. They had all popular PB bakery items on display. Lots of sitting area, all clean and well maintained.
We went to get a cake. It was evening hours, so a lot of the popular ones were sold out, still we had 5-6 kinds to pick from. Cake was packed precisely in the box, got knife and candles with it. Staff were very friendly and got our order ready super fast.
The mini strawberry soft cream cake was pure quality. Fluffy soft cake with delicious cream all around it topped with glazed strawberry.
Vegetarian options: Hot and cold drinks, salads, fruit pastries
Parking: Lots of spots in front and around the store

You must try the many delicious pastries, breads, sandwiches and cakes... you can buy slices of the most heavenly confections with an extensive menu of delicious hot or iced coffee or teas! Do not miss this gem!
