Had an issue with my drink the other day, they forgot to put caramel drizzle (paid for) and when my husband brought it up to one of the workers she said that’s how we order it but clearly on the receipt there was caramel drizzle.. anyways left a review about the incident and when I went in today, the manager (I think it was him) apologized and gave me a refund for the drink. Honestly I wasn’t expecting anything but it was nice that someone acknowledged it. I felt cared for 🥹 , that was nice, it made my day~ thank you.

I have to say I love Starbucks and I’m starting every single day of the week with the one Venti ice Americano from Starbucks. This is the most popular coffee shop in United States and absolutely the taste of their coffee is amazing.

The Northvale Starbucks is always my first stop on my way to work! Jaz knows my order and everyone is always so pleasant & welcoming and the drive-thru wait is never long. And of course the food and coffee are delicious!
