Waited for 10 minutes with no greeting as a line built up behind me. Finally Im just pointed at and i guess its my time to order. When i went to make my coffee, two of the half and half cartons were empty and i had to throw then away and open a new one. Horribly disorganized, i wouldnt even say bad customer service cuz there was no customer service to be seen. Toasted bagel was also cold and below average. Wont be coming back
This place has quickly become my go-to for bagels! The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside with that classic crisp outside. The spreads are flavorful (the scallion cream cheese is a favorite), and the staff is warm and welcoming. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. Highly recommend if you want a real neighborhood spot that never disappoints!
Ordered 2 sandwiches... waited...noticed no one was doing anything in kitchen... questioned my orders only to find they didn't start and lost the slip as we just stood there for a while, not a single person asked if we needed anything. Order again verbally and 10 minutes later the sandwiches were ready, as we asked for a bag and napkins the person working handed us a bag and napkins and made us pack the sandwiches ourselves. . .we go to open the 2 sandwiches and they were both wrong.

Just an average bagel. I got a bacon egg and cheese with ketchup. They used one egg minimal bacon and smothered it in ketchup. There are much better bagel shops in the area in my opinion.

Ordered a bagel with scallion cream cheese.
Sausage egg and cheese on a bagel.
Bottle of water.
I was rung up for $18.99
I asked the “man” behind the counter how that was possible when on the menu hanging above the counter it says bagel with scallion cream cheese $3.25 and sausage egg and cheese $6.00
The bottle of water was probably $2-$2.50
Total - $11.75 before tax. So, where does $18.99 come from? The “man” behind the counter told me the prices changed. I said when? Just now? He was so flustered that he handed me my items and told me to leave without paying as to not look like a scam artist to the other customers behind me waiting on line.
Do NOT go here. Prices on the menu hanging in the store are not as advertised. Sleazy scam artists with subpar food. Avoid their other location as well.
I will NEVER be back. Just a sleazy group of “humans” trying to scam the local customers. Disgusting.

Sandwiches and bagels are good but, employees more often then not have a bad attitude. Why get confrontational when a client asks for toasted bread? Also, who turns off the grill two hour before closing?

Asked for a bagel lightly toasted with butter. I received a bagel that was burnt to a crisp with what appeared to be no butter on it. Couldn't even stomach two bites of this bagel and threw it out.

I bought bagels and a wrap at this place. They don't use gloves when grabbing the bagels and whatever they wrote on my wrap was with a purple magic marker and the ink was on my wrap, disgusting. Never going here again and beware if you go here on a regular basis
I didn't like the unfriendly employee attitude.
Always making a great breakfast and coffee for a super reasonable price. Staff is excellent every single time, place is clean, taken care of, thumbs up.
We ordered a breakfast platter for a Spa Party and the French Toast was a HIT! Gabe was great with accommodating us within a couple of hours.Do yourself a favor and order it for your next breakfast ?
Unfortunately, Jersey has the highest standards for bagels. This place does not have the proper crispy outside soft inside. When asked the toast it the edges were burnt. The price was also a bit higher than others. The one good thing about this place is that the people that work there were very friendly! Unfortunately, with so many choices in the area, I cannot recommend it.
