I bought bagels and a wrap at this place. They don't use gloves when grabbing the bagels and whatever they wrote on my wrap was with a purple magic marker and the ink was on my wrap, disgusting. Never going here again and beware if you go here on a regular basis

What an amazing find I gotta tell you! Unbelievably fresh bagels, and they actually make their own whitefish salad, which was completely an utterly sublime! The service was awesome and the coffee fresh brewed as well for me! I didn't even look at the other reviews because I cannot believe anyone could have bad food here but I will go back and take a peek to see what these people could possibly have been thinking, but... This little place is a total gem - so enjoy!

$6.40 for a Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a bagel. The food was nothing special. Could've gotten an entire meal at McDonalds for breakfast instead. What kind of prices are these? Wrote this review though mostly because the hygiene of the employees is concerning. The customers shouldn't be smelling your body odor from 6 feet away on the other side of the counter. What else is going on behind the scenes here where cleanliness is not a factor?

Unfortunately, Jersey has the highest standards for bagels. This place does not have the proper crispy outside soft inside. When asked the toast it the edges were burnt. The price was also a bit higher than others. The one good thing about this place is that the people that work there were very friendly! Unfortunately, with so many choices in the area, I cannot recommend it.

I was waiting for them to open one morning, a 5am start is a nice option, when I saw one of their employees near to forcibly eject an elderly man who saw the lights on and door open and went in. He left and I quickly followed his lead. There is another bagel store not named Wally’s right down the road. They have good bagels, and don’t abuse senior citizens. To the best of my knowledge. Overpriced for what they serve. That’s not unique to the area, what warrants the 1 Star is the staffing and quality of product.
I don’t think it’s an outrageous request to ask for bacon cooked well done but it’s like they don’t know what that means….every.single.time…I honestly don’t know why I keep going back

Catered a 7am breakfast for 10. Gabriel was very helpful in putting together a nice selection of breakfast sandwiches, bagels, croissants, and muffins on a platter. Ordered a Western Omelette for myself, which was good, and the home fries were very good! Bagels were fresh out of the oven and pretty much what a bagel should be. Breakfast sandwiches freshly made and tasty. Can't speak to the muffins & croissants as I didn't try them. Look forward to going back!

Wow. Northvale Location. Open until 4pm but at 2:45pm no grill sandwiches available. Ordered Buffalo Chicken sandwich instead. "We don't have any". Ordered turkey & swiss on garlic bagel. It was fine. Comes with a side salad and fountain soda. Fountain soda machine had no ice, and Diet Coke had no syrup. Asked and was told "it doesn't work". Asked for a fork for our side salad "we don't have any". Hey, there's lots of competition nearby for bagel sandwiches. Three strikes and you're OUT. Too bad Wally, get it together!
