Unless it’s 1am and you need delivered food, go pick it up if you want the pizza warm and in less than an hour. Quick delivery is the abnormality.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely disgusted on how they treated me. Lied numerous times on delivering my food. My food never got delivered then proceeded to promise a refund I call a few days later asking for a refund and apparently I can’t get one. Never will I order from them again, and it’s so unfortunate because i genuinely enjoy dominos pizza.

5/14 (Wed) My son loves Domino's and we've been ordering pizzas numerous times here at Norwood. Today, my wife placed an order as my son wanted to have some pizzas but the staffs forgot to cook the chicken wings when she got there so they made her wait 30 mins at the store. She asked if they could heat up the pizza but they refused to do so. Pizza was cold when she got home. We will no longer be using Domino's, ruined our dinner. Very disappointed. Also, she said they picked up and packed the chicken wings with their bare hands, no gloves? Should I take this as normal??

We had ordered pizza from this location online. I called after an hour and half checking in on the order . I was told by Bryan it will be 30 minutes. When I called again an hour later of this call first of they didnt pick up my phone as the number showed up on caller ID. When i called from a different number James told me the pizza will not be delivered and he is issuing a refund. Seriously after 3 hours of waiting an answer like that is highly unprofessional. Anyone ordering at the Norwood location please take note

never get my order right. it’s super bowl day and i placed my order hours ahead. first they tell me the order is ready and then after 30 minutes they say they lost the order and they have to make a new one making me wait another 25 minutes. i bring my order home and my order is wrong. i ordered boneless chicken and i open the box to garlic parmesan BONE IN WINGS. so stupid. never ordering from here again
