I have mixed experiences depending on who is working. Sometimes my hot food isn’t hot, sometimes I receive napkins other times I don’t, when I order a donut they’ll place it in the bag frosting side down and when I go to eat it the frosting has melted off completely. Generally the coffee is fine, and over the last 6 months the friendliness of staff has improved, but the food standards have a ling way to go.

My step son asked me to stop here, so he could get a red velvet mocha chocha latte with cold foam drippy peepee. I was just like “sure”. Anyways, once we parked the car and finally enetered the establishment, i realised that i haven’t heard the dramarama song “last cigarette”, which was playing over the store’s PA system, since my high school days. I looked behind the counter and whattayaknow… John Easdale (singer of dramarama) slinging doughnuts like a muffukka. I told him i love him and we embraced eachother.

My family and I have gone to this Dunkin every Sunday. Everytime we go there, they always get one or more of our orders wrong. One time, I ordered a chicken and roasted pepper rap. It came out COLD! They did not even try to heat it up. Today, we ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. The woman only gave us an egg and cheese bagel! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

This is the first time that I have ever been ignored in a Dunkin’ Donuts, although I really don’t care for Dunkin’ Donuts I just went in there to try to get some munchkins for some people that I know Calandra’s bakery in Newark and in Fairfield is the best But I stood there at the counter and both of the young girls saw me granted one was working at the window, but she was walking back-and-forth, but nobody never said nothing to me not even acknowledging me to say give me one second or I’ll be right with you. Nothing so I’m standing here standing and standing, I wind up just using the bathroom. I went back to the counter. They both were still not acknowledging me and so I left the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever.!!!!!!

A ten years old boy gave $50 bill for the $3 ice drink, the casher gave back $2. When the boy complained, she insisted that she received $5. Maybe she didn’t know that the boy’s mom was seating nearby and watching. A manager came when an adult complained, opened the cash box, found $50 bill right there! Now what’s the next? Just one word “sorry”. Which doesn’t sound like sorry at all. It didn’t look like a mistake. Great place for young children to learn how people are being cheated. Great real life lesson with reasonable tuition fee.

The service is horrible and they make you wait about 5 years until they take your order. I also asked for a peach mango refresher made with green tea and they just gave me a cup of green tea. I asked for an avocado toast with the seasoning on it and when I got it it was a black piece of toast with just the spread and no seasoning.

OMG !!!! Where is my donut???????I paid and they did not put in the bag..I ordered 5 items and got only 4 items.And they did not answer the phone..What a Service !!!!!
