I go here every week because they always have something new and the prices are very affordable. I love the variety of food that you can get. Highly recommend the Kkanpunggi (spicy garlic fried chicken) which is so light and not too spicy or sweet. Very well balanced and really crispy. I also really like their Yubuchobap, which has a variety of toppings like spicy pork, egg, bulgolgi and shrimp.
Garden Kitchen is my go-to spot for Korean banchan whenever I’m craving authentic Korean food! The staff is always warm, friendly, and incredibly generous. Their banchan is consistently fresh and delicious. I especially love their kimchi stew—honestly, I think it tastes better than what you’d find at many high-end Korean restaurants in Bergen County. I can’t imagine what I’d do without Garden Kitchen!
Great Kimchi and other Korean foods
Mrs. Bae and her team at Garden kitchen are the absolute best around. My wife and I stop by the store every chance we get to pick up their delicious food to-go. Some of our favorites are their yubuchobap, spicy pork, braised beef short ribs, and all of their soups/stews.
In fact, we enjoyed the food so much that we asked them to cater our wedding! Having grown up in Korea, I knew that I wanted Korean food that reminded me of home for my wedding, and boy did they deliver. Mrs. Bae drafted up a menu of Garden Kitchen is unique in that they not only have incredibly delicious food, but also a team of deeply caring staff. They took such great care of us and went above and beyond to make our wedding special.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to cater an event or looking for authentic Korean food made with love.
A pleasant Korean store for grab and go meal boxes, appetizers and snack groceries. Not really seeing sushi might have sold out but will come visit for more. Clean and authenticated good for explorations not a restaurant lol!

I happened to stop by this place while passing by, and the owner was very kind! :) I like muk, so I bought muk bowls and other side dishes, and it tasted the same as the one I had in Korea, so I enjoyed it so much. I plan to go and buy it again next time.
It's like home-cooked food, so I don't want to drink water after eating it.It's healthy food
Great food with smile makes me keep going back. ?
Chicken gangjeong is delicious. I like all Koreans and foreigners... It was popular. I was lucky to have Gangjeong.

Authentic Korean Food. Very good for the price. Their crispy fish lunch box is probably their best item in my opinion and it is just sooo good. The owners are super nice whenever me or my mom come in and I just love the feel of the place. You cannot sit in but when you walk in its a very homey feel. Definitely stop by.
There used to be an older woman at the counter who was very friendly but the woman who is frequently there now is rude and acts annoyed. It’s a little uncomfortable.
Good food, friendly services, convenient parking.
Clean and delicious
