Ordered Pizza for delivery @ 11am for a kids birthday party directly across the street. 50 minutes later I call to ask where the pizzas are and the person who answers the phone is the most rude individual I have ever spoken to. I tell him the party is almost over and he tells me what do you want me to do? He is unapologetic and blames it on the guy who took the order. I walk across the street and grab the pizzas. At least 5 guys working in the place, could have easily walked it across the street. Never again for me...

The real deal... Thank you Sal, his wife and staff. They have been delivering meals daily to my construction crew for 2.5 montjs 2-19 meals daily. Shrimp Parm, eggplant pizza, shrimp scampi pizza, Italian subs have all been great. Thank you

I go to Mario's often. I always get a warm welcome, the food I order is what I get, and the portions are to my liking, satisfying my appetite. The atmosphere is great too. I mostly do take away.
The owner is very rude. The customer wants something to him. He said that get out of here and this is my store.

It's a very friendly local joint with great food. I've sampled the subs and the pizza here and was pleased with both. The bread on the subs is fantastic. Parking is a little limited out front but there's always a few extra spots in the back. Definitely one of the better pizza and sandwich joints in the Norwood area. Try it out sometime.

Would not accommodate me when my car broke down, and charged me for my food when circumstances came up that made it impossible for me to pick it up. Extremely rude customer service.
Horrible experience over the phone, food is okay I guess but the owner will literally yell at you over the phone if the shop makes a mistake and you ask them to fix it. Beware.

I’m so sad from the experience I just had. We’ve ordered from here many times with no problems. We ordered a meatball parm and something seemed off. It was stale and had a weird after taste. We ordered through Grubhub and got a refund from them. Mario’s then calls me directly asking what’s wrong with the food to which I explained nicely. He said they made them yesterday and nobody else has a problem, grubhub can’t just take his money and “you guys “ just use the app and then I don’t know what’s wrong. He continued to be defensive that there’s nothing wrong with his food. I apologized because at this point I can tell he wasn’t going to. He then asked where I worked which was creepy. I told him he was getting aggressive with this conversation as if I was the one in the wrong. He then said he wasn’t going to be continuing this conversation. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. If your food sucks you make it up to the customer, not harass them. Sad because their penne was very good. Guess I’m not ordering from here again.
