Every time I visit during lunchtime, the person at the counter neither greets me nor says thank you. I only go because I like the lunch boxes, but unfriendliness in customer service is the worst thing for a business. She needs proper training!

I don't usually eat side dishes, but I was lazy so I went there, but the raw radish vegetables were terrible. The burdock kimbap was cheap and not really tasty. I can’t believe I bought this with money. Are there any really delicious side dish restaurants? Unfriendliness is basic and tasteless.

The old lady owner consistently displays rudeness, often responding to my questions about food with a sour attitude. Sometimes, she doesn't bother to answer and instead resorts to non-verbal gestures like nods or chin-pointing. Despite being a loyal customer, she openly expressed displeasure at the inconvenience of placing orders during busy days. After many tries, it all tastes pretty similar. There are plenty of other spots around there selling "Banchan" with tastier options and friendlier service. I'm definitely not going back there any more after those awful experiences with her. 사람 소개를 얼마나 해줬는대, 이러면 안되죠.

When you go in the morning, the person at the checkout counter is very friendly.
The owner / lady at the register is very rude. They should hire someone who smiles and is happy to see customers instead of acting in a condescending manner.

It's been a while since I stopped by and tried to buy something, but there was no price tag, so I asked the person at the counter for the price, but I felt like I was being scolded... It was busy during lunch time, so I can understand why it was annoying to ask about this and that, but I still went because there was food I liked... so much. I feel like I'm being scolded, so I don't want to come next time.

The owner and their families are POS.I am the purchasing customer, I am paying for the services.After buying somewhat over 100 worth of banchan.The owners husband was blocking the entrance of the parking lot with his vehicle. I honked and asked him to remove his vehicle so I can back out. He yelled at me to go forward onto Grand Avenue.If I did so, and did get into a car accident, would he be held responsible? (I don't think so) So I informed him I won't be doing any illegal driving and asked him to remove his vehicle and he cursed and yelled at me. I guess I'm never going back here again.SO RUDE AND MEAN. geez have some common courtesy and manners. The food is so tiny and for the prices they charge. PEOPLE SAVE YOURSELVES THE MISERY.
