Our new favorite spot! Fresh ingredients, relaxed ambiance, and friendly staff! They do not take reservations so come early. Price on the high side, but you get what you pay for. Ordered salmon tataki for apps, sushi and sashimi set, and a couple of specialty (thin) rolls - all excellent dishes!

Manhattan quality food, suburban prices. Food quality and taste were incredible. Very innovative and tasty appetizers. Sushi slices were huge unlike other places. Definitely recommend. Restaurant gets packed real quick.

Sushi is outstanding quality. It maybe a few dollars more than some other places, but it's well worth it because of the value you get for the money. The rolls are clearly made with quality ingredients, and doesn't skimp on the fish. It's one of the few places you can get a Spicy Scallop Roll for lunch, which is a favorite. The attention to detail with takeout orders (i.e. spill-proofing, quality chopsticks, etc.) is better than almost any other place I've been too, not just sushi places. The only critique I would offer is they don't have an option for brown rice, but that is far from a deal breaker for me. Overall, highly recommend.

The sushi is very good, top in NJ. Broad variety of fish, good flavors with some really tasty flavor profiles. Their spicy scallop roll is my favorite in this area. Clearly the owner is passionate about what he's doing here. I have eaten sushi all over north jersey and will only go back to a handful of restaurants because I am very particular about food in general but with sushi in particular - this palce is one that I have gone back to once and will certainly come back again. Product has to be super fresh and they maintain very high standards. Constructive criticism....The bathroom area needs to be completely gutted ASAP.
