Terrible, I have been ordering from here for years, not anymore. They sent the wrong soda and then argued with me about it and offered no solution. The hot wings were totally dry chicken wings with no sauce whatsoever. Terrible customer service. I don't know what has changed at this restaurant but I am done with this place. Stay away!!!
Great food.
i adore this place and the workers. everyone is so kind and the food is SO good. prices are totally reasonable! i frequent this place not only because it is local for me, but i am happy to eat it. come here if you have a chance, i’m sure you won’t be disappointed :D
I come here often for lunch or dinner . Service is always great and there is never a long wait time to get a table . They always have interesting specials for pizza - my favorites are the Chicken Parm and Chicken Cesar Slice . They have a great selection of desserts as well .
oil spilled everywhere in the kitchen and the strays put sloppy in don’t recommend
Terrible place to order food from. They cant deliver an order even when it was place the day before!! unbeliable,
your excuse of I dont have a delivery guy is not an excuse. maybe you should consider stop making deliveries. terrible place

Food blows assham. Sandwiches never fail to disappoint. Chicken California? Trash. Overpacked with lettuce and very greasy tasting chicken. Brooklyn sub? Flavorless grilled chicken with watery roasted red peppers. Literally zero flavor. Best part of the sandwich is the mozzarella cheese. If you want better quality food there’s plenty of much better options. Franks used to be good. Don’t know what happened.

Called up an order. Asked for a sausage Stromboli. The girl answering said they didn’t come in sausage just salami and ham. I asked if they could make sausage out of the norm and she said no. I went on to my next order while I waited to confirm the switch with the Stromboli. I circled back and asked what meats the Stromboli came in and she said, salami, ham, and sausage. I said Right! Sausage that’s what I said originally and you said it couldn’t be made with sausage. She was huffy and rushed with me. I ordered and waited the 20 mins. I got there and my order wasn’t there. Apparently the girl had left after her shift. I went through the same conversation as I have written above about how she was rude and was conflicting with what a Stromboli was allowed to have. I was patiently annoyed because the girl wasn’t there to valid the wrong. I resaid all my order highlighting the want of sauasage Stromboli and specified mozzarella cheese on top of my baked penne vodka. My order was wrong at pick up. I accepted my order and walked out graciously. But I vow that I will never step foot in that place again. It was so disrespectful. Prices are inflated so when I purchase I expect what I order. A good business has integrity and a listening ear. That’s my experience. And it won’t happen because I’m no longer supporting.

Been here many many times and every time is better than the last. All the workers are incredibly friendly and the service is quick and efficient across the board. The food is SPECTACULAR. Don’t let some of these reviews fool you. The food truly is special and well made. A very extensive menu selection has allowed me to try new things every time I come and every time everything is phenomenal. They even will go out of their way to make any special request you can think of when ordering. Pizza is best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of pizza in my life. A true diamond in the rough.

Ordered a $12.95 panni and a drink. Total $17.95. All drinks are over $3. Food was like cardboard- threw it out- waste of $$. NEVER AGAIN!! When I questioned the price the owner got nasty and said yes, all drinks including a bottle of water are over $3.

We had a family of 7 come to eat. Half of us got our made to order food. While the other half waited for our heated up by the slice orders of pizza long past everyone else eating their food. We had nearly 45 minutes before our slices were done. The was approached about being out of some of our by the slice orders. Which we had to completely reorder again because it was forgotten. The staff knew it was a mess up and still tried to play it off saying our order of garlic knots was “out and being made fresh” meanwhile a huge mountain is sitting behind the counter. As we watched them throw our order in from the pile…
Normally I’m very forgiving in service situations as life happens, but this was way below par and the lack of ownership was the cherry on top.
Overall horrible service and I will make it a point to drive further for better service and food.

Used to be good. Over the years, their service and quality have gone downhill.Tonight, I went there to get a cold Italian sub.My God. It was by far the worst store bought sandwich I had in my life.Very little meat and cheese and far too much onion and lettuce. It had a funky taste, too.For the same price, you get a real Italian sub at Anthony Francos.Franks lets me down every time, unlike Anthony Francos, which has never let me down.I keep giving Frank's another chance, but they fail every time. Not recommended!
