I was there for dinner with my fiance. At the beginning the service was ok but as night went on it got worst and worst. I ordered eggplant parm. The worst ever. It was so overcooked that felt like eating a crispy chicken dish. My fiance ordered chick franchise the plate looked good and nice decorated... but as she tried to eat. It felt like they put one pound of lemon juice inside ... she almost chocked. And when we complained about. It looked like nobody cared about our concerns. ... my first time. And my last time to ever go there again

Customers ordered specific meals with pasta, oil and garlic scampi like sauce with shrimp, recieved chicken instead. 2 orders were messed up and food was sent back. Waitress apologized several times and advised cook did not understand English well.

Let's rally around the Paradise Restaurant! Remember Tuscany? Several former staff are there, and a fantastic new chef! They're planning on expanding the bar into the large dining room! Great atmosphere, staff, and food! We had the eggplant parm and chicken franchaise and it was top notch! Calamari was tender and crispy! Beer and wine selection was very good as well!

I can’t understand why this place isn’t packed every night. My family comes here all the time and the food is always good and the people are super nice. The calamari and guacamole are the best you will find in the area. The burgers, sandwiches, dinners and salads are all yummy. My personal favorite is the avacado Cobb salad, the burgers, and the chicken Aida dinner. Honestly the only thing we had here that wasn’t loved was the cut of steak ordered one night. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly just a bit grisly but still very good. I would still order a steak there, just a different cut of meat next time. Every single thing that we’ve had otherwise has been great and we’re always there with at least 10 people. The whole family loves the place, kids up to the adults. We recently were in there two nights in one week! We tried to go to a different place, but the kids weren’t having it. We also came with a large group after my mother’s funeral and they handled the group well and everyone was happy with their meal. Literally, the only thing I can think of that is stopping people from coming here is that there’s not a lot of people inside. I guess people would rather go a couple minutes up or down the road to a place with a crowd that sells mediocre food most the time. If you want a good meal and don’t care about a lively bar, this place is really the best in the area. Just check them out, we will probably see you there!

Gave this place a try, we used to frequent here alot when it was Tuscany Grill and decided to try out the new place as "Paradise Restaurant." First off, no hostess, we stood there for 10 minutes, finally went to the bar and the bartender seated us. Only 1 waitress to serve the whole restaurant . Luckily there were not too many seated tables in the dining room , but still service was slow, not the waitress fault, as there should have been more help. Bread came out, was obviously prefrozen, it was ice cold and frozen in the middle. Food took forever, had one glass of Pinot Grigio and then was informed they ran out of Pinot Grigio. What the heck, how does an Italian restaurant run out of one of the most popular requested white wines ?? Food was Ok, nothing special, soup was bland. Was also hoping that they updated the interior, but it was the same, only changed the paint color mostly. The interior appears dated and tired and confused, art deco lighting, with dark burgundy Tuscany colored walls and then "kitchy" country curtains ? Would not run back here unfortunatley, there are a few other Italian restaurants in the area that are pretty good that I would opt to go to first.

We ordered food for pick up. We hadn’t tried Paradise before and we were both excited about trying their food-my husbands order was delicious . Mine was not what I ordered but mix ups happen and my husband drove back there so they could make it right. But they told us it wasn’t a mix up- the online menu is no longer accurate and they don’t have that item. Fine- I understand that those things happen. What I don’t understand, and I am really disappointed about is that they didn’t call and let us know the item wasn’t available. they didn’t even bother to tell my husband about it when he picked up the food. They gave us a random other salad (didn’t even bother to give us dressing) and didn’t say a thing about it. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give one and we’d have to chase down the third party online ordering site for one.I am understanding when mix ups happen but this was a choice to switch out my order and not even bother telling us. The salad I got wasn’t even a close substitute- and it was basically a giant side salad with chicken on top.At least the hostess gave my husband dressing I guess. Won’t be ordering from them again since we won’t know what we will get and still will have to pay for.

Great family place! Many food options. Avacado Cobb salad SO good. Best calamari I ever had. Burgers are huge. Food is consistently good. We eat here a lot! Accommodated a large party of 18 recently for us and everyone was happy with their meal. There are additional booths in the bar area. The takeout is also very good!

For many years we ere frequent patrons of theTuscany brew house. We decided to give this new place a try. Upon entering there was a hand written note directing us to see bar tender to be seated. After ordering we were brought bread with dipping oil which was best part of meal. One of orders was missing French fries. My burger was greasy and fries and nuggets tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Between the paper menus, lack of attention by wait staff and mismatched diner ware plus poor quality of meals we were disappointed to say the least. We will not be returning to this place.
