Amarillo Grilling BBQ and Catering

We used Amarillo Grilling for our wedding BBQ, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We had about 100 guests, and everyone raved about the food — people are still talking about how delicious everything was! Ken and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From setup to service, they were professional, friendly, and such a pleasure to work with. Hosting a big event can feel overwhelming, but Amarillo Grilling made it easy and enjoyable. They truly helped make our celebration special, and we’re so grateful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing food and great service!

I ordered a catering menu for 165 people from Amarillo Grilling that was out of this world delicious for a Hawaiian Luau dinner dance event. Not only was the company an absolute pleasure to deal with, the food was amazing. As soon as the first table started eating the food, I started getting complements on how good it was and lots of people asking where I got it from. The entire night I had people commenting how good the food was and wanting to know what caterer I used. It was sooo good I called them the next day to start the ball rolling on a similar event for the holidays!

The food and the service are phenomenal! Never a disappointment and such creative menu's every time! Can't say enough good things about Ken and his food!!! Thank you for always keeping our belly's happy!

Amarillo Grilling far exceeded our expectations when we contracted with them for a large family party, Everyone was remarking again and again on how wonderful the food was - even the sides were spectacular (those beans!!!). The prices were reasonable, Ken was great to work with, and Denise was super helpful on site, giving us the opportunity to enjoy our own party. And the food truly was the best I have ever had at a barbecue. I highly recommend Amarillo Grilling!

An abundance of amazing bbq for 25! Chicken grilled to perfection! Great sides! Ken was scheduled to arrive at 5:30 and at exactly 5:30, BOOM, he was at our door(A rarity nowadays)! If you're anywhere near the area and want great bbq catering, just call Amarillo!

This is the second time we have catered with Amarillo Grilling. It is such a treat to have something a bit different from the usual catering menus. The food was delicious and working with Ken is very easy. I highly recommend!

We held a BBQ for over 40 people on Labor Day. Ken and his team did an outstanding job from arrival, cooking, presentation, service and clean up. Our guests we genuinely impressed with the entire evening. Many commented as to the quality and "homemade" feeling of the food. Each dish was unique and the flavoring was spot on. We served both Pulled Port & Salmon. Serving portions were large and not too much was left over. Can't wait to work again with Ken next Labor Day. So appreciative of his efforts on our behalf.

We had our party catered last night and the food was beyond amazing!! I was blown away with the flavours of everything. All the meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly, communication was easy and clear. Everyone at the party raved about them. Highly highly recommend!!

I must start by saying that the food was excellent, however the chef, Ken was one of the rudest and most disrespectful individuals I've ever met. From the moment he arrived he had an attitude and was mouthing off to, and bossing around members of my family. He was especially rude to the women and told my aunt to "go away and not bother him" when she asked him to cook her a cheeseburger. Not an unreasonable request when were literally paying you to cook. Seemed the only person he was nice to all day was the host who was paying him. As I mentioned the food was good but not worth the disrespect that came along with it. 0/10 would not recommend

Best bbq I have ever had! Brisket and salmon were superb! Tuscan 4 cheese Mac n cheese was amazing as was the baked beans. Coleslaw was super delish nothing was an afterthought! I can’t wait to throw another party! Flavorful, beautifully presented, didn’t miss a detail. Many thanks for a scrumptious bbq!

Ken does it again! He catered my Superbowl party and as usual the best darn BBQ I've ever had other then the 2 previous times I catered with him..it's a draw as all 3 times were spectacular, especially the Brisket! I can go on and on...the potato salad, Cole slaw, Mac and cheese and dam that barbecue sauce on the chicken...so tasty.

Had Amarillo Catering provide food the weekend of my wedding at a local brewery and everyone was raving about how good the food was! Ordered the pulled pork, ribs, and brisket and everyone kept asking where we got it from and if they had a restaurant! Also KJ couldn't have been more pleasant to work with! Thank you for helping make our wedding weekend a success!

Our gathering, in the park for 70+ people, worked out so well because the food from Amarillo Grilling was so popular. Everyone kept returning to try everything, especially when word got out how good the brisket and salmon was. Thank you, Ken, for your service. We can’t wait to try his pulled pork next time.
