Blueberry Oakland Frozen Yogurt, Acai Bowl, Bubble Tea and Smoothie

Both Myla and Ashlyn were super friendly and helpful. Jay is great. Very nice staff!! The store was very clean. I was in and out quickly. So yummy! Highly recommend! It’s worth the trip.

Blueberry in Oakland has great boba teas, and their frozen yogurt is tasty, though a bit on the pricey side. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience enjoyable. The place could use a little updating, but overall it’s a nice spot to stop by.

This place has just gone downhill, less selection, less staff, less product for more $. I was very disappointed today when I spent $25 on two açai bowls and they weren’t even full. Two containers weighed what one container does at competing locations. Not worth the money, granola did not taste fresh either.

This place is awesome. I have a nut allergy so toppings can be an issue with cross contamination, but they go out of their way to verify and whatever toppings I want they get and open fresh from the back supply to ensure safety. This is so rare. Top notch service.

Ordered ahead through their website and was charged and everything only to show up DURING OPEN HOURS and they were closed. Just a hand written sign on the door saying “closed sorry!” Very disappointed as we used to come here all the time

it was closed and i drove all the way here and it didn’t say it was closed on the website. what a waste of time. in conclusion, strawberries are better! 😡😡

Tired of coming here during normal posted business hours and it’s closed. Sometimes during the day and at times during the last 20 min before closing. I went out of my way to come to your business and once again… like 4 times now in a year and a half and you’re just closed .
You can’t stay the extra 20 minutes until your actual closing time?

The bubble tea is wonderful!! The staff are friendly and efficient.

It would be nice if it was actually open based on the hours posted on the storefront.

I just came here DURING store hours, and the lights were off with the door locked as well. It is completely unacceptable that a company is doing this. Be responsible and do not just close up because you do not want to work. If you are too lazy to go to your job, than do not have a business at all.
