Extremely Disappointing Experience
I visit this location daily and typically order the #1 combo with a medium Coke, which usually totals around $7.56. However, on November 5th, my total was $8.51. I politely asked William, the employee at the window, if there had been a price change and whether my order was correct. Instead of addressing my concern, he became visibly upset and defensive. He showed me the receipt, but I had already seen the total on the screen.
Things took a turn when he told me to "leave and never come back." As he was closing the window, he made a strange and completely unprofessional comment: "It's not my fault you lost the election." I was confused, as this had nothing to do with my order or my visit.
I requested to speak with a manager, and an individual standing behind William identified himself as Nasir, the assistant manager. I expressed my concerns, pointing out that as an assistant manager, he should not allow employees to speak to customers in such an inappropriate manner. While Nasir apologized, he did not take any further action, and I was left feeling dismissed and unvalued as a customer.
This was truly an awful experience. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable.

The place is so clean and organized. Service and food are excellent most of the time my family visits and gets fresh food. Most of the people are very friendly and helpful.
Never again. This place has no leadership nor do the works even care one bit. So we entered and used the Kiosk to order. I said I wanted to pay for the order in cash so it directed me the counter. Nobody even looks up. After almost 10 minutes, I ask, are we going to be helped at which point we were snapped at saying , you have to order at the kiosk. I explained I did and we had a receipt that directed us to the register but nobody ever looked up to even try to help us. The response was, well how we would know to make your food if you didn’t pay? Seriously? Complete uncaring staff that could care less whether they lose customers!! Absolutely terrible. Calling Burger King Corporate as well, that is how poorly the spoke to us. Stay away!

Jimmy should be the manager and not Tania. His demeanor and attitude is what I look for in customer service his friendliness and kindness to give what is needed makes a great employee. I hope he gets a raise and I hope Tania could get re-trained or step down from manager position because her attitude is awful and totally unwelcoming.
when i put this location in my gps i almost got thrown off by the uh...very passionate 1 star reviews but decided to try it anyways and see for myself cause they closed the one in my town and i was craving BK. idk if those people had beef with the manager or what but when i went it was super clean inside and outside. idk what other ppl went thru but my food was made 100% correct exactly how i ordered it with all the modifications, the guy working the register was friendly, all around a good bk
