Definitely gone down hill since it was sold! Horrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone or emails! Been waiting a month for my order. Decided to cancel. Week and a half still waiting on refund! Won't be ordering from them ever again! Where did the friendly original owners go? Very sad!
Do not do business with this company. They will lie to you, they don’t answer their phone, their customer service is a nightmare, the emails on website don’t work, and they lie lie lie. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for an order and the owner has promised me delivery 3 times over the last 3 weeks. Today he lied to me and said they had tracking information, never sent it, then promised he was having someone hand delivery it today for the inconvenience. Never happened. My order still isn’t here and they won’t answer my calls.
I’ve asked for my order to be canceled and to be refunded and they haven’t done either yet. Stay away.
Tl;dr bad coffee and bad service
I ordered a pound of Colombian Supremo decaf. A few days went by and I didn't hear anything about when it would be ready, so I emailed them. I got an email telling me it would be ready the following day.
I went to pick it up and it was not ready, but they promptly took care of me. They grabbed a random empty bag, went into the roasting area, and filled it up. They put a white sticker on it to show what was inside.
I got it home and waited a week to rest the beans (I make espresso). See photos of what I encountered. A huge variance in size and roast level along with lots of quakers and broken pieces. I think they must have scooped me some random leftovers from the bottom of several bags.
The coffee was extremely burnt. It tasted like an oil well fire. I am experienced with making good espresso and no matter what I did, it tasted terrible.
I tried a pour over. It was also terrible. I finally made a bunch of cold brew to use it up. It's...fine but not good.
I sent an email asking questions about the beans but received no response. I have to conclude that these folks don't really care about quality coffee. They are going for cheap supply at high volume. I won't be back.
2 weeks have not received my order. Three phone calls with my name and number to track my order, no one returns my calls. There used to be an office here, but now you can not get anyone to speak to. I would think again before ordering.
Seen alot of good reviews with the previous owners. Its a shame new owners can't have the same work ethic as the previous owners. Before I ordered my first time I called to see how long it takes from ordering to shipping. Was told 2 weeks. Here it is 3 weeks later and no coffee has been shipped to my address. I even called and got the excuse we ran out of coffee and going to get orders filled that day and then on Monday.
Plus it would be nice if they answered emails that are sent on the website. You can only send an email on their website. Can't use the email addresse thats on the website.
Not much in helping out their customers. You can sense they dont want to be bothered. Don't know why people would run a business that deals with the public when they dont want to help their customers.
They must have a person who understands the clients well, not a person like the manager, one calls and they act like lions, so they are going to lose a lot of clients, it is unpleasant to have to talk to people like that before they were other people.

This coffee company is THE best! We previously bought in PA, but when we moved to FL we were worried about getting it... soooo we ended up ordering online. Great coffee (smooth not bitter, and we've tried blends and flavors) great customer service! You will not be disappointed!!!

Found this place via Google search, and it turns out it's a long-established company recently taken over by new ownership. The new owners have set up a small storefront with their seasonal flavors in 2oz and 16 oz sizes available for purchase, along with coffee accessories and equipment. Lauren (one of the new owners, I believe) spoke with us about their plans to expand the storefront and add coffee machines so customers can have fresh brewed coffee. There were many, many flavors (and descriptions, which are so helpful) to choose with even more available on their website for order. Thus far, we have tried their Pumpkin Spice, Bananas Foster, French Vanilla decaf, and Hazlenut decaf, and they have all been very delicious. The coffee is smooth and not bitter. With the very reasonable prices, I look forward to trying more.
Their k cups no longer work in my keriug. They used to work but now they just overflow and put grinds in your coffee. All other brands are working except for these. Going to return to the store.
Best Coffee, My favorite!!

YOU CANNOT BUY COFFEE HERE. It smells very good though.
This is a coffee wholesaler. I remember their first coffee that I had back in high school at the bagel shop that I worked at - Simply Sinful. It was delicious- a blend of chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, and vanilla with a rich aroma but not syrupy or sweet. Fast forward to 10 years later- I’m working a 9-5 and I have coffee everyday before work. You know when you taste a meal and you just keep thinking about that meal even YEARS down the line? Well, I’d have my coffee (beans from the grocery store or other wholesalers) and sometimes I just kept thinking back to that coffee I had back in high school- Simply Sinful!I thought the only way I’d be able to have this coffee again was by driving to my bagel shop from my home town. That was out of the question because I was living in Jersey City and the shop was an hour away. Then I thought back and remembered that the bags of coffee had a logo “Coffee Roasters”. I go online and to my amazement, I find out they had an online store! I order Simply Sinful and a few other types to try. After that- it was pretty much destiny. My fiancé and I order about 8 lb of their coffee every 1-2 months and we’ve done this for about 2 years now. We use their coffee to make espresso, cappuccinos, cold brew, and regular roast. Sometimes, I forget to order their coffee and we have to buy coffee from the store. It’s never the same and I realize then how spoiled we are for our fresh coffee with Coffee Roasters. We talk about how rarely we buy coffee to-go from coffee shops because our coffee at home is so good. I think that speaks a lot that we were living in Jersey City with a plethora of coffee shops within walking distance but still just making our delicious, aromatic coffee at home everyday just because it was our favorite. And yes if you are wondering I still order the Simply Sinful all the time! But they have so many other types I order too that are equally amazing. Fresh coffee sold by friendly people with excellent customer service.
